BEST TRAVEL PILLOW EVER! I've had this travel pillow for YEARS and it's my all time favorite. The material it's made of is so comfy, not too soft or firm. The cover can be taken off and washed, although it can be a challenge to put it back on. The shape of the pillow is perfect for sleeping and putting it around your neck. The buckle ensures the pillow remains secure while you're wearing it and helps to keep my head up. Aside from wrapping this around my neck, I've worn it around my back for a little extra comfort, around my stomach to give my arms another place to rest (which is great if you're stuck in the middle and both seatmates are taking up the arm rests), and slipping my arm through and putting the pillow on my shoulder (a different way of sleeping). The eye mask is AMAZING! I have insomnia, and this was the first eye mask I had that was contoured. It doesn't put any pressure on my eyes, gives me total blackout, and hasn't warped or lost its shape after going through the washer and dryer countless times. I'm STILL on the hunt for another eye mask like this - it's so perfect. I keep wishing this would come back so I can get more for my family, but alas! It's been gone for years and my family says I definitely got the best one. They're all looking for something like this. This has gone to Paris, Japan, the Philippines, and has kept me insanely comfortable on long, crowded flights. PLEASE come back in stock, I am BEGGING! I seriously would like to buy more units so my family can have it, too!

I bought this for quick naps between class, or on break at work. (Super busy schedule) And it's quite nice for that! Fairly firm, but soft enough to sink into *juuust right. It sits comfortably high on the jaw, so no slumping in your sleep that leads to an overly stretched neck pain. Which is exactly what I wanted out of a neck pillow. The material is nice and silky too, adding a comfortable means to readjust simply by rolling the chin or neck. No hands necessary. It also comes with the sleep mask, which I love!! It's thick, and has convex shapes over the eyes, so there's no pressure against your eyeballs. And has velcro for adjusting, but doesn't slip or separate, even with rolling around in bed. I would buy 2 more of those on their own! These items are getting lots of quality mileage out of me, for sure. Would definitely recommend if those specifics work for you as they do for me.

We love this travel pillow. It is easy to re-roll and stuff into the bag. It is very soft, and comfortable. The drawstrings are very useful and make a huge difference from other neck pillows. We are very careful using the drawstrings due to other reviwes of them breaking, we operate them with care and they have not broken yet. The latching part of the drawstrings sometimes sticks, which is a reminder to not fiddle with it, and to use it with care. The size is good for both men and women. The 6'4'' husband leaves the removable part in and appriciates the extra size. The 5'8'' wife has only removed the insert while on an airplane, but left it in for car rides, she also thinks the pillow can be a little bulky under the chin, and has to adjust it a little before getting comfortable. The pillow case is slightly difficult to remove and to put back on, it can be done, but it takes some patience. It would have gotten 5 stars if the drawsting quality was just a little better, and if the cover was easier to take off and put on, but is it far better than other neck pillows we have owned.

I love this thing. It's super-comfortable, well worth the money, and no, this is not spam. :D My only complaint is that is was made in China. Really, guys? Don't we make memory foam and velour covers in the US any more? If I'd known that, I might have gone with an American-made product. I guess that's a small complaint, considering as much use as I am getting out of it and how comfortable it is. It wicks away sweat, doesn't feel rough at all, and is really supportive of especially the trade of spine and skull. It helps almost as much as does a good muscle relaxant, and in combination, works wonderfully. Would I buy it again? Hard saying--I'd look for something American-made first. But for quality, this is hard to top. ****** UPDATE as of 7/4/16: the NeckSnug is holding up very well! Because of neck issues, I wear it almost any time I am in a high-backed chair or a recliner. It's also perfect for sleeping and keeping my head up (to avoid sleep apnea), so I probably wear it 18 hours a day. It still holds its shape and is great in the winter instead of a scarf! The cover has a little seam tear in the inner ring, but what's to expect when you wear it so much? All I need to do is sew for about 15 minutes and it's done. I'm betting this will last years. Still sorry that it is made in China, but it 4seems to reflect the owners' high expectations. A steal at its price!

Very comfortable. Easily packs into the bag provided . Very convenient for traveling.
