Excellent buy for the money
I have used this scope now for 2 years. It was bought as a test . I absolutely love it. The zoom and clarity are perfect. I am shooting 600 yards with a 1.5 inch spread with a 30.06in good conditions. It's not the same as my starlight but, at 1500 dollars less it a great buy.

... bought this and it came in today and i love it i put it on a 1939 russain army ...
i bought this and it came in today and i love it i put it on a 1939 russain army sniper rifle i did have to use my old brackets but you can buy brackets i did have a issue getting my battery cover off took me a while but that is nothing to worry about and the company would have sent a new scope for sure there a good company and the scope is very good i sighted it in at 300yards it was hitting very close but since i dont hunt that far out and it has drop sights on it i sighted it in at 100yards this scope holds up to my 7.62x54r round its for ranged shooting so i would not put this on a 22 long rifle or a 22 of any kind this scope is amazing great for the price and great scope its huge to has a awesome look to it the picture doesnt show just how big it is i had a 3x9x12 that was 700 dollars and this scope does better then the 3x9x12 i had on it the cross hairs are thicker and very easy to see over all i love this scope its very nice and works good the reason i wouldn't buy this for a 22 is because the scope is to good for a 22 not that it wont work just that a 22 wont shot further then you can see but then again it is your choice to buy for a 22 or a bb but beware if you buy for a bb people are going to laugh at you xD

This scope is probably one of the best deals out there in terms of PRICE
This scope is probably one of the best deals out there in terms of PRICE, QUALITY, PERFORMANCE. I have this scope mounted on a .308 Savage Model 11 scout rifle. The scope has a nicely finish exterior. It simply reeks of quality. All knobs are smooth and smooth, and the scope feels like a high quality binocular or telescope. The mounts that come with the scope fit fine on my Picatinny mount , your mileage may be different but I had no problems. This is a big scope and the 50mm objective absorbs light and makes this scope useable in low light condition. I also love the protective flip up caps on this scope.., nice touch Dandelion!. Speaking of that the illuminated reticle it is just great for early morning or late evening hunting. Zoom is smooth and using the aperture and objective focussing should enable you to custom set your focal eye relief , which I found to be about 3 to 3 -1/2 inches. The optics are clear and sharp even at distances of 400+ yards. Mine has not been affected by the recoil from my .308 rifle so most users up to 7 MM should be just fine.I've also mounted this scope on a Marlin 60 and a 10/22 and it works very well on these rifles. In closing let me state that for the price of this scope you will not find a better riflescope. All of the postive reviews are a testament to the quality of this affordable riflescope.

Initial impression is impressive.
This is just an initial impression that will receive a followup. Totally impressed as I took the well wrapped scope out of the box and played with the various stiff knobs that only took a few turns back and forth to loosen up. Looking through the glass at various powers has me initially impressed and gitty at the price we're paying for this gun scope . The equally important part will come tomorrow when I mount it on my Crosman C02 converted to HPA and shoot at various powers throughout my 40 yard range and see how easy it is to adjust and if it stays on target. I know what this gun is capable of as I have owned it a while and it has worn many different scopes in the past. After this I will either remove some stars due to flaws I'll explain or leave the five stars and explain why. Update and the 5 stars stay the same. It works, a little foggy but not where it counts, better than any of my scopes at twice the price. You will adjust the sensitive AO often but it takes an expensive scope not to have to when making small changes say 20 to 25 yards. Full power clarity is impressive. I know everyone has different standards and maybe mine are low but for the target shooting I do on my 40yd backyard range it works better than I thought it would for $40. It's going on a .25 Gas Ram Break barrel next which will be the ultimate test and I will report back.

FINALLY TESTED and... A+
First impression: I really like this scope. It seems very well made. However, the lens caps that come with these are not so good. In fact, the objective lens cover had an extremely fine white powder on the inside. I have no idea what it was so I removed/cleaned the lens covers & ordered some nice quality flip-covers. There was no evidence that it got onto the actual scope itself otherwise I would've considered exchanging it. I plan to use this with Monstrum scope rings on a .308 Mossberg Patriot bolt action rifle. I will update the performance/quality of this scope once everything is tested at the range. (updated/see below) Based on others' reviews... I have high expectations & based on the appearance of its quality... I think it will work out well. UPDATE: Still have yet to test this scope on a rifle BUT found a sun shade for it that fits perfectly: http://www.ebay.com/itm/291277567159?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT Also, Butler Creek flip lens covers SIZE 44 and 19 fit well on this scope. However, ONLY AFTER I added the sunshade did the size 44 fit. The ridges on the front end (objective end) of the scope did not allow enough clearance for the cover to be pushed in all the way without a sunshade. So if you do not have a sunshade, you may want to go with the next size up for the objective (larger) end. UPDATE 2: Tried out this scope on a .308 Mossberg Patriot bolt action... A M A Z I N G! I upgraded this review from 4 to 5 stars. I hit with precise accuracy each & every shot. I LOVED IT! 5 REASONS YOU SHOULD CONSIDER THIS SCOPE: 1) Scope is well-made. 2) Adjustments were smooth/easy 3) VERY reasonable Price 4) Accurate & consistent each & every shot. 5) around 3 inch eye relief

False advertising: zoom not really 6x-24x more like ~4x-16x - i tested it. (see details)
Overall it's a very good scope for the money, but..... is definitely not 24x zoom. Here's how i tested it. Notes: I have a Mil-Dot scope (true mil dot at 10x) I marked out a 3.6 inch target at 25 yards. Looked at this through my true mil dot scope(10x magnification) and it exactly the 3.6 inch target spanned exactly 4 mil dots. Looked at same target (@25 yards) through Beileshi 6x-24x scope and at 6.7x magnification the 3.6 inch target spanned exactly 4 mil dots. (True mil dot's for this scope are at 6.7x zoom by the way.) Then i zoomed in on Beileshi 6x-24x scope until target spanned 8 mil dots and i was at ~18.25x magnification. (for reference: my true mil dot scope 10x would be 4 dots, and 20x would be 8 dots) This tells me that the scope is not accurately representing it's magnification and that it's much less than what is being indicated, as if 4 mil dots is 3.6inches at 6.7x then 8 mil dots is 3.6 inches at 13.4x (not 18.25x ) And 20x on my mil dot scope is very obviously much higher magnification when compared to the 24x zoom on the beileshi. I hate to leave a 1 star review for this... because other than this it is a very good scope for the money, but it is being marketed as something it definitely is not. The actual magnification may be more like 4x - 16x or something like that.

Good for the price...
I'll try to give you the information you need to make a decision based on facts. Just keep in mind it's not a $3k scope. Be reasonable on your expectations. Pros: (1) You won't find a better deal in this price range. It looks pro, well built, solid, very nice optics. (2) Beware, it is big (about 16"). If you are planning to mount it in a break barrel airgun, verify it has the space to mount it. (3) Optics is great if you set it, and use it right. What do I mean? this scope has distance adjustment on the objective lens. If you try to get 24x magnification at 6 yards, of course it will look blurry. Same will happen if you try 6x magnification at 500 yds. For the later, the scope provide "infinity setting", and it is wonderful. How to do it properly? while watching through the scope, adjust the distance setting until you get the clearer image possible, then adjust magnification. NO, you can't pretend to get 24x at any distance. You adjust first the distance adjustment until the image is clear and bright, then adjust magnification until you get the highest magnification possible for the distance set. You'll know because the image will begin to get blurry. (4) It is a long distance scope. Lower distance setting is about 15 yds. I can get a bright image at 4+ yds. Below that it depends on the ilumination. (5) It has iluminated reticle (red, green) of different intensities. Battery included. You could also use the std black one. If using the iluminated reticle, remember to turn it off. (6) The Eye Bell can be adjusted. Remenber it is just for the visibility of the reticle. It should be a one time adjustment. (7) Mounts are included and work just fine. (8) I could zero it in at a minimum distance of about 10-15 yds. If you pretend to zero in at a shorter distance you might need to put a shim at the back mount Cons: (1) User manual is just half a page. It has some key information, but falls very short of all the info you would need to set it up correctly if you are new to scopes. You'll have to do some research on your own to learn how scope works. Then, everything will make sense. The manual included mixed information on other models. (2) It comes with std mounts (as most scopes do). It is a long range scope. You would need like 100m (about 330 ft) to zero it without having to use too much of the vertical elevation adjustment. I tried to zero at 90 ft, and ran out of vertical elevation adjustment. If you can get adjustable mounts, it would be great. I recommed "FX NO LIMITS". Seach "the tube" if you want to learn how they work. They are somewhat expensive, about $80. If you are in a budget chim the back mount of the scope. (3) The manual doesn't say anything about the warranty. Amazon told me it has the std 90 days Amazon warranty, plus 1 year on the manufacturer. You need to contact the manufacturer through Amazon. (4) I'm having some problems keeping it zeroed, but I need to further test it at longer distances. I will update when I have a chance to do further testing. Overall, I'm happy. Of course, it is not perfect.

Great scope and great value for the money, glass isn’t as clear as a high end one. But I would buy again.
