Terrible company
Shocking service, shocking company, my nintendo switch went for repair. They broke another part of it unrelated. Failed to respond to 3 emails. Said my policy had been cancelled. (3 year cover bought from Amazon) 3 weeks later it was finally sent back for repair. When returned it was returned in a swap box so dpd refused to deliver it. Joke of a company
