Well worth the money
You'll read some say that these are poor quality. I guess it depends on your point of view. You can buy an OEM coil pack for anywhere between $50-$110 depending if you go online or at your local parts store. You can buy one of these I am reviewing for $23 or a 6 pack for $80. I chose the 8 pack. Why? Some reviews said that they bought 6 to replace in their vehicle and one or two were bad. And they complained. First off, I have never seen where you HAD to replace 6 in your vehicle. Any mechanic who says if you replace one, you should replace all 6 is after your money. So, I basically bought 6 of these for the price of 1 oem. So replacing the one I needed to, I basically broke even on price. If one or two were bad, I still made out better financially. If I do need to replace a 2nd or 3rd coil pack in my Lexus, then I already have the spares on hand and won't have to buy them later. Now, if for some off the wall, unimaginable reason, you did need to replace all 6 coil packs in your car, the thing you must consider mostly is the labor. To replace the 3 in the front of the engine, LITERALLY TAKES about 2 minutes each. To replace the 3 in the back of the engine is a royal PITA. You will probably spend about 2-3 hours if you prepare yourself with enough youtube videos to figure out how to do it. There are a number of way; between removing the intake manifold to being able to work around leaving the manifold on. Look at various videos. So, because it is so time consuming, you might want to go ahead and do all 3 while you're back there. So, do you spend $600 at your local car parts store for 6 coil packs? You can at least save some money and buy genuine coil packs on amazon for $60-$70 a piece. That will save you around $200-$250. But it's still costing you $350-$450 for the coil packs. You could have the dealer do it. In which case, they are definitely going to charge you around $1000+ for parts and labor. In the end, it's all about your perspective. For me, buying 6 of these for basically the cost of 1 OEM was a no brainer. It's been about a month now with the one replaced coil pack. As soon as I put it in, I was able to clear the fault code and my car ran great again. Went from 19-20 mpg in town WITH the faulty coil pack; back to 23-24 mpg in town with the replaced coil pack. If I need to replace a 2nd or 3rd one in time, I have a 50/50 chance that it will be number 2,4, or 6. That's a 2 minute. Job. if it's one of the 3 rear ones, I'll have to set a saturday afternoon aside and do it. As long as the one I've replaced so far hangs in there, I won't hesitate using the ones I bought here on the back row. If I have problems with the one I installed, I'll update my review. But for now, it's been a great product at a great price. Couldn't be happier.

UPDATED / Fits 03 RAV4
Update 4/28/25: I’ve just had a cylinder 1 misfire, which I assume is due to a bad ignition coil from this set. I replaced them in Sept, so 7mos ago, along with the spark plugs. I’m ordering another set to replace it, because I don’t want to wait or mess around with warranties and it will be good to have extras on hand. Otherwise they’ve worked great and I’ve had no other issues. If replacing the coil *doesn’t* fix the issue I’ll update this review. Otherwise you can assume it was the problem, so use that info how you please. 3 out of 4 still working, 1 malfunctioned after 7 mos. I’m having idling & acceleration issues in my 03 RAV4 so we’ve been going down a list of potential causes & fixes. Spark plugs & ignition coils were next on the list so I bought these. They fit perfectly and seem to be performing well so far. I did notice an improvement overall, but the issue isn’t fixed completely so we’re continuing down the list. ICV is next. 😒 I’ll update my review if any problems arise with them down the road but they seem to be good quality and the price was very reasonable.

Excellent value and smoothed out the engine noise
I bought these to go along with new NGK plugs on my kids 2006 Kia Rio. Installation was very simple, and mounting holes lined up perfectly with the car. I didn't buy the car new, but I can say that they match OEM quality as of the first 100 miles running the car with the new coil packs. This car was seriously overdue for plug and coil pack replacement, and it has been since I bought it. Check out the condition of the old plugs. More importantly, listen to the before and after engine sounds after replacement. As of the first 100 miles, I would absolutely buy these again. Time will tell if they hold up, but I'm a happy customer.

AVOID!!!!! Misleading description, does not work, will not arrive same day, or next day, or even 2nd day.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. This product is absolute crap. This has been the WORST experience on Amazon I have ever had. First, ordered these because it said OEM and even referenced the same VW part number. THESE ARE NOT VW. Check the fine print. My GTI started misfiring and I knew the coils were the problem. Since I’m a prime member, I figured I’d get these as they said they were OEM, and they would get to my house before I got home from work (free same day shipping). I ordered these at noon. At 4pm I received an email saying that my order wouldn’t be delivered for 4 DAYS!!!!!! So I went back into amazon and looked at the exact same part, and it said if I ordered in the next 1 hour and 20 something minutes, I could have these TOMORROW guaranteed. Hold on, how can a new order be delivered tomorrow, but my order (with same day shipping) would take 4 days to arrive. Lies, lies, lies, lies. I had to rent a car to get to work the following days while I waited for these to come in. So they arrive, 4 days later. Take a look at my pictures. 2 of them were so deformed, I had to take a hammer to them to get them circular enough to fit over the spark plug. Not OEM by any measure on earth. From the moment I installed them, and the first test drive, something didn’t feel right. With my OEM coils, below the power band, I could leave it in the same gear and just add a bit of throttle and the car would accelerate. Not with these. You constantly have the feeling that it is about to misfire. Remember when you had to limp you car home when you had a faulty coil, and you were trying to baby the throttle to keep it from misfiring? That feeling you had, when you put any load on the engine, you knew a misfire was just around the corner? Yup, enjoy that anxiety, because it is going nowhere anytime soon. It feels like these don’t provide enough “juice”, and any load on the engine is replied with a hesitation from the engine. Not a misfire, lets give credit where credit is due, my car never illuminated a CEL (check engine light) with these installed. Good job! Let’s fast forward 1 month. A month of downshifts to pass a car going 70, when I wanted to go 75. A month of downshifts because there was a small hill approaching. A month of downshifts because a headwind just appeared. I knew something was wrong, and wondered if it was my motor losing compression, turbo failing, clutch slipping. What was causing this??? Why don’t I have the same “power” or ability to just leave it in 6th and put the hammer down anymore? Then it came to me, this started when I first had the misfire and subsequent CEL and has remained ever since. “But I replaced the coils with OEM, this should be fixed”, I thought to myself. So $200 later, buying OEM coil packs from my local VW dealership, and what do you know?! My motor is smooth, perky, and acting as I remember. DO NOT BUY AFTERMARKET “OEM” COIL PACKS. It is a giant waste of your money. Yes, these cost 1/2 the cost of OEM, and you can expect 1/2 the performance; not receive them when promised, and pay for a rental car for 3 days (my daily commute is 120 miles round trip, didn’t want to risk it with a misfire), and still have to go to the dealership to buy another set of coils packs to actually fix the issue. This product has a misleading description, misleading shipping, and misleading performance. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! I cannot stress this enough. Buy OEM, from a VW delearship. Just, seriously, just do it. Skip this product entirely.

Great value!
We got these for my '08 Toyota Sienna LE FWD. The TRAC OFF + VSC lights were on, in addition to the Check Engine light. We tried toggling the TRAC ON/OFF and changed the gas cap, which were some things people had suggested online prior to anything more serious. When those failed to offer any results, I brought it to AutoZone to use the diagnostic tool, which told me that I had issues with ignition coils B and F. The minivan was also running a bit weird, like the acceleration felt like it was delayed (I believe the term for what it was doing is "hesitating" but I'm not sure). It also felt more abrasive and a bit jumpy overall, like it wasn't driving as smoothly and it would sometimes randomly jerk / lurch forward a bit while driving, especially when speeding up to merge onto the highway, for example. So yeah, the ignition coils needed to be replaced. My partner is really handy so with some online research and YouTube tutorials, he decided he could handle it, especially since the problem coils were the exposed ones that are easy to access. This 6-pack was definitely the best value cost-wise, too. A quick search on here showed that getting 6 was much cheaper per coil than any of the other options at the time of our purchase, so if you can afford the upfront cost, even if you don't need all 6 right now, it's still worth it I think. They came in a box-- very straightforward, clean, sturdy, perfect condition, etc. I believe they were individually wrapped too, but don't quote me on that. He had looked at them at the time and said they looked good. He was able to install them pretty quickly and had decided to replace all 3 of the ones that were easily accessible, even though only 2 of them needed to be changed. According to him, it was a pretty simple job to do! Immediately after he installed them, we turned the van on and were happy to see that all of the lights on the dashboard were off! We went for a quick test drive afterwards too, and the van was no longer jumpy or doing the weird stuff it had been doing prior to replacing the coils. She was back to a nice, smooth drive. We haven't used the other 3 yet but I doubt there are any issues with them, considering the 3 we randomly chose to use for this repair all worked perfectly. It's been a few months now and they've held strong-- zero issues and she's still driving smoothly. I highly recommend these!

First one failed in less than 10 hours.
In fairness, they fit well, and even worked well at first. About 10 hours of driving, and the one on cyl 7 failed.

Bobina americana
