He loved the bag as he loves camo and at the start it seemed all good. Within 3 weeks of use (15 days to school) 2 of the zips have broken, I reported this to the seller and they offered to give me 15% of the cost back so I can get the zips replaced. In my opionion that shouldn't be my problem to fix and 15% would not cover the cost for zip replacements. Seller would not send a replacement or offer anything else. I now have to buy him a different bag. Think twice before buying from this seller - return policy and customer service is very poor. ### ⭐ Poor *by A***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 February 2020* Poor quality! 2 zips broken within 2 days of using meaning 2 pockets are completely unusable.
