Ease of Assembly Incredibly easy to assemble, and everything required was in the box, including a small screwdriver and zip ties for cable management. The only thing that needs to be attached is the keyboard shelf. Otherwise it is assembled and ready to go out of the box. I can’t imagine anyone having any trouble. Build quality is very good. I was surprised by how stable it is. It does give a tiny bit of wiggle while typing in the fully raised position, but not enough to bother me. I can write in my notebook on the top shelf without the unit moving around. I have zero concerns that it will tip or fall, even if someone bumps into it. The base is broad and distributes the weight nicely, even with my dual monitors hanging off the back edge. The shock used to raise and lower the unit is smooth in operation and appears to be plenty robust, and the actuating lever also works smoothly and easily. The hardware holding the unit together appears to be of appropriate size and grade, and there weren't any lose nuts or bolts on the unit. Everything was buttoned down tightly, and it doesn't make any creaks or noises during operation. The end caps on the base are hard molded plastic, and the X frame and shelf brackets are anodized aluminum.The shelves are a coated particle board with a light texture. The shelves have a light sheen, and there is just enough texture that they aren’t slippery. My keyboard doesn’t move at all while typing, and nothing has slid or fallen off the top while shuffling things around on the top shelf. Extremely versatile for people of all sizes! I'm pleased to report that in the fully raised position, my keyboard is at what I'd consider the perfect height. My forearms are extended at just less below parallel to the floor and I can comfortably type for long periods of time. My monitors are also at a very nice viewing position.

As I am now working from home on a regular basis, I bought this standing desk converter to give my back a rest from sitting at the desk all the time. It is easy to assemble - just screw the lower shelf into place - and is very sturdy with an attractive appearance. It fits my two large monitors on the top shelf and I am able to have my laptop open on the lower shelf due to the cut-out in the front of the shelf above. Other options I considered would not have allowed this, as the back of the lower shelf would have been restricted by the shelf above. My mouse mat also fits comfortably alongside the laptop. The gas spring system makes raising and lowering the shelves effortless

Decent looking, user friendly . . . as depicted easily supports very large monitor screen , laptop n key board . . . ideal for working from home and much more solid n hefty than anticipated

Looks good. Depending on the weight of your monitor you will need to press the release lever and give it a gentle pull up. When fully extended there is some instability but I think it depends on the weight being carried. The keyboard shelf needs to be attached with 4 nuts and one cable tie needs to be cut. The other bits I did not install.

Hurt my back, needed something I could put on top of my desk, this is easy to set up took minutes and can adjust to stand or sit easily using the levers on the side.

This desk converter is fantastic. It sturdy yet easy to manoeuvre up and down. It is easy to assemble and large enough to accommodate a large monitor and laptop. The lower shelf is wide enough for a standard size keyboard, wrist rest and mouse. I would recommend getting an anti-fatigue mat to stand on whilst using the standing desk converter as your feet and legs will thank you for it.

Most of the parts come preassembled. The only its that you need to screw in is the keyboard stand. To raise and lower the stand, there is a lever on the side that you press, much like a computer chair that then raises or lowers the desk. This is also a fairly large desk stand and easily allows for a dual monitor setup which I love. No faults with the product. The only minor issue is that I like to have an XL mousepad that spand the whole 37" but due to the nature of the design, the keyboard area isn't wide enough to support that fully. However a large 12" mousemat can still comfortably fit the keyboard section if you move your keyboard right to the very edge of the desk.

Das Produkt wurde innerhalb sehr kurzer Zeit, gut verpackt und pünktlich geliefert. Er machte sofort einen soliden, professionellen Eindruck. Sehr gute Verarbeitung für das Geld. Der Zusammenbau war einfach und schnell. Der Aufsatz ist bis auf die Anbringung der Tastaturablage und Gummifüsse bereits fertig. Ich habe eine kleine Unterstützung benötigt, um die Tastaturablage richtig genau zu plazieren und anzuschrauben. Ein Kreuzschraubenzieher ist notwendig. Aufpassen: Die kleinen "Tischschoner" sind auf der unteren Seite anzubringen. An dieser Stelle ist die kleine Montageanleitung etwas unklar. Es ist zwar logisch, wenn klar ist, welche die Ober- und welche die Unterseite ist, und wofür sie gedacht sind. Aber ich habe sie zuerst falsch angeklebt und konnte sie gerade noch rechtzeitig entfernen und korrekt anbringen. Die Bedienung des Aufsatzes durch einen gut platzierten Hebel mittels Gasfeder ist sehr leicht und schnell. Das stufenlose Höhenverstellen braucht nur wenig Kraftaufwand. Ich arbeite inzwischen regelmäßig und bevorzugt im Stehen, kann aber jederzeit die Position ändern und wieder sitzen. Ich habe die Version HASD-28 für private Zwecke gekauft. Darauf habe ich Platz für einen großen Bildschirm und ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Die Tastaturablage ist breit genug für die Unterbringung einer vollen Tastatur sowie einer Maus mit Mausmatte. Wer zusätzlich Platz für einen offenen Laptop bzw. einen zweiten Monitor braucht, liegt wahrscheinlich mit der baugleichen, breiteren Version HASD-002 richtig. Beide Versionen bieten eine tiefe Arbeitsfläche, die eine komfortable Lesedistanz bietet. Dies war für mich bei der Auswahl des Schreibtischaufsatzes ein sehr wichtiger Faktor. 03.12.2019 - ich bin nach wie vor mit dem bestellten Produkt oben sehr zufrieden. Aber ich wollte den breiteren Aufsatz zusätzlich bestellen. Dieser wurde nach meiner Anfrage wortlos aus der Produktliste entfernt. Darüber hinaus wurde inzwischen ein weiteres Produkt entfernt. Dies finde ich sehr enttäuschend. Insbesondere, weil mehrere Kollegen gern bestellen würden, nachdem ich ihn ihnen empfohlen habe.

This stand-up desk platform is fantastic. The faux woodgrain happens to match my desk exactly. Operation is smooth, easy, and quick. Would buy another if I still worked in office away from home. Keyboard shelf fits my full-size keyboard, plus a mouse pad -- like someone designed it with purpose! :)
