Product description          Bake a firm but moist rich chocolate cake, cupcakes or pudding with our delicious chocolate cake mix. Simply add water, beat on medium speed for approximately 5 minutes and bake to produce a cake for any occasion. In a handy 1kg resealable pouch for baking a single celebration cake, cupcakes or pudding and larger quantities for professionals or home bakers who require a more economical way of buying this scrumptious chocolate cake mix. Available as 1kg, 5kg or 12.5kg bag The 1kg pouch makes around 24 cupcakes or a deep 8" or 9" round standard cake. Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to gas mark 2 / 150C. 2. Add 400ml/14 fl oz of water per 1kg of cake mix. 3. Beat on medium speed for approx. 5 minutes. 4. For a deep 8" or 9" cake, separate the mix between two tins to reduce cooking time. 5. Cover the top of the tins with tin foil and bake until a skewer inserted into the cake comes out clean. Suitable for vegetarians.             Ingredients          Wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable shortening, fat reduced cocoa powder, skimmed milk powder, whole dried egg, raising agents E500, E541, salt, soya flour, emulsifiers E471, E475.
