I am enjoying trying this supplement as it seems to be helping. I have a horrible habit of biting my nails so when I actually try to grow them out they break very easily. I made myself stop biting my nails just so I can truly test this out. So far it seems as if my nails are coming in stronger and they are not as brittle. The growth is extremely white too, which is better than usual as well. I think the flavor is fantastic too. This brand offers quality supplements and I think the company is fantastic!!

Just received the Biotin. I am excited to see how it affects my hair and nail growth. Taste like vanilla. Bought one for myself and husband. We both just took it from the droplet. Always used the pill form along with evening primrose and seen slight changes. I hear the liquid form is better. Will come back with update end of year. About 2 months later: absolutely love this biotin!! My nails are thicker and stronger. Always had flimsy nails but now they are much stronger. Hair is growing more as well. Recommend!

I have just been using this for 30 days it is hard to say if it works but it is not hard to take, the flavour is ok better in water it is not thick at all and has very little colour. I take mine in a glass of water and all you can taste is water.

I don’t have any complaints. It does just what it’s supposed to do. I put the liquid under my tongue and let it sit for a few seconds and go on about my day. The taste is great, a light vanilla flavor. I honestly bought this just to try a new flavor. The flavor I had before was berry flavor which is also good. I would recommend this to others. As well as the berry flavors that other brands offer. I do like that the bottle is bigger and cost less that the other brands, and it’s still contains 10,000mcg so I think I will buy this one in the future, now that I think about it! 🤔😊

I like this product. It dissolves easily into my first daily beverage or juice, flavorless and easy to add with the dropper. Do have to shake well with each use but any precipitate quickly goes back into solution. Maybe sheltering at home for almost three weeks now with no access to a barber has me biased, but hair and skin seem to be in good shape. I got a discounted price for this new product but am planing to purchase it at regular price when needed. It’s a lot in one bottle so will last a while.

I am not an artificial sweet person, and this flavor reminds me of a sweet vanilla mint gum, minus the mint. Personally, not a fan. I took this straight up as soon as I got it, and it almost didn't stay down... I wasn't expecting it to be as sweet as it was! But it's like an aspartame sweet.. I presently dilute a dropper full in a 16oz glass of water, and even in that i can still really taste it. If I made smoothies regularly, that would probably mask it better so that its not as noticeable. I plan to use it til its gone, but I probably won't get this one again unless it improves my hair growth to Fabio status.

If you have an acne prone skin, this will definitely break you out. I suffered from acne as a teen and as an adult I don't get it as much unless I eat certain foods. Biotin increases the production of cells and unfortunately there is no way to prevent acne and pimples from appearing when you take Biotin. Drinking a lot of water doesn't help either. Drinking water excessively will flush out the vitamin from your body and won't help in the long run. My skin literally broke out overnight but I did notice a growth in my eyebrows too. I really want to keep this product as I'm planning to space out my dosage, though I'm not sure if that will be affective.
