Far exceeded my expectations!
When you first Hook it up, the Blue Light will be flashing until the water chills to the set temperature. You cannot set the clock or temperatures until it stops flashing. Once That light goes out it's easy to set the clock And the temperatures and so on. On the back of the cooler where your water line goes in I found it expedient to put a 90 degree angle Connector there. Why don't you take all of the outer rap and strapping bands off of the box the box simply lifts straight up and the water cooler is sitting on a cardboard base. Very easy! I am so totally pleased with this product!

Machines stop working properly over time
Second Avalon Dispenser to stop working properly. After a year of use, the cooling system won’t turn off, making the water in the tank freeze up and the machine stop dispensing water for a while. First one outright stopped working. Not buying avalon ever again

Love it! Taste took a little while to get use to but it’s all good now, saving so much money instead of worrying about getting bottles and throwing them up there, not getting upset about having an empty bottle, not worrying about going to get them refilled

Update
Realized I didn’t have the system set up correctly. Working more efficiently but still not fully satisfied. I wouldn’t buy again but it works. Some of the features are still glitchy. Some still don’t function. The valve also is difficult to maneuver.

Unfortunately, the price of the filter is very high, $100, and it must be replaced every 6 months, or the cooler makes a sound that does not stop until you replace it.

Great company
Our warehouse gets pretty hot so our guys loved having this cooler. I'm pretty picky about bottled water not tasting right or tasting slimy - water from this cooler is cold and perfect. We had an issue with an internal leak after a few months of use, but the company sent out a brand new cooler to replace it. Their team was quick to respond and followed up to make sure we were taken care of. That kind of customer service just doesn't exist anymore!!! Happy to say that Avalon is an awesome company.

Broke after 10 months
After 10 months cold water won’t dispense and cooling mechanisms won’t turn off. Second Avalon cooler to fail after less than one year. Do Not Buy!!!

Great product, nice and compact. Rinse filters longer than manual recommends and than water taste great. Pricey but you get what you pay for. Recommended
