2019 Apple MacBook Pro with 2.3GHz Intel Core i9 (15-inch, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD Storage) (QWERTY English) Space Grey (Renewed)

After an initial mix up where the seller sent the wrong item, this was resolved fairly quickly and I received the right model last week. I’m upgrading from a 13” model so this is a lovely piece of hardware and a big step up for my work flow as the 16” screen size will make working so much easier! Apple have reverted back to their butterfly keys again so the keyboard is a joy to use compared with the previous (early 2019) 15” model. Other improvements are the bigger screen, less bevels and the ESC key is back! Makes a big difference, despite it seeming like small incremental changes. I’m looking forward to using it. Note: as this is an Amazon Renewed purchase, the machines are slight seconds so may have some cosmetic imperfections, but they are very minor and in no way impede the performance of the laptop. My advice would also be to check the spec when you receive the item and contact the seller via Amazon if you have any questions as he’s quick to respond. The seller was very helpful when I realised I had been sent the wrong model by mistake and paid for the return of the wrong item when he sent me the right one. Good customer service 👍🏼

Poor customer service. Laptop came damaged despite being classed as CLASS A refurbished. When I asked for a partial refund as sending the whole device back would stop me from being able to work as I sold my other laptop after purchasing this one and as consumer law states this should be an available option in order to not bring significant inconvenience especially in a time such as Covid 19.

Delivered on time. The macbook pro 16 inch is in a very good state “refurbished excellent condition”. Nothing to say. Just a scratch but you almost can’t see it on the corner. Display in perfect condition and everything working fine! 5🌟

So far, it Works fine for the first 30days but I ordered for excellent condition but I received very good condition with minor dents at the edges.
