Nice
Made my motorcycle look so much more beefier and strong. Nice.

Not a perfect fit
These came with bolts that don't work at all with the M109R (2008). You will have to thread out the holes that you are suppose to use the bolts in due to the fact that one of the coolant hoses is completely blocking the other end of the hole for the bolt. You don't want the bolt to be moving up and down against the hose. You will have to go to the hard wear store to get the bolts that you will need.

Not strong
I can bend these forward and backward with my hands. The part that actually connects to the bike is a little .120" thick tab with one bolt through it. Not going to do anything for a crash, can't even mount highway pegs to it.

Bolt holes are slightly off
Bolt holes do not line up quite correctly, with some coaxing, was able to get it on. The bolt for the upper left side also will rest against the radiator hose, bought a new bolt with a binding head and placed a cut piece of hose between it and the radiator hose to avoid the bolt rubbing a hole in the radiator hose.

Did not fit my 2007 M109r
Took this to my mechanic and he showed me where this bar would fit the right side perfectly but does not fit on the left at all. Very disappointed that I was unable to have this installed

Decent for the $$, only self install if you have mech. experience
So I’ll start by saying that these crash bars are a pretty good deal for under a Benjamin, the chrome is decent but can scratch easily. They do look good and they hold my weight pretty good. The install; so as far as the install goes, it might be a little much for someone with little or no mechanical experience but a qualified service tech should be able to do it in an hour. The problem lies with accessing the top mounting location. Suzuki was kind enough to provide a stock mounting location which can in order to access it, the radiator fairing/surround needs to be partially or fully removed. The top left mounting hole can be an issue as the radiator hose can rub against the bolt. I installed my top bolts from the inside with the nut on the outside, then used an old piece of hose to protect the coolant line. Additionally I did not use the bolts provided, I purchased 3/8x3” grade 8 hex head bolts with nylon lock nuts and flat washers. Hope this helps someone ✌️
