How long does the charge last?** A: I don't know, I have the G-1000U and it only has about 15 mins of power. Contact Tripp-lite and for the specific battery inside your UPS Unit. I almost bought the wrong battery for mine till I called them. As for lasting power, unless you have a huge UPS system generally don't expect more than 30 mins of time. They are mainly ment for time to save your work and power down the PC upon power loss **Q: Can this be used in the Trip Lite G1000UB** A: All I can tell you is that it works perfectly in my Tripp-Lite G1000U. I don't know what the "B" stands for. Tripp Lite batteries are the only ones with their dimensions with F2 connectors that will fit in the Smart1300LCDT. All other replacement batteries that meet the electrical specs are a tad too wide or a tad too tall or have F1 connectors instead of F2. Two RBC-51 replacement batteries are giving me 24 minutes of runtime with 165W load in my Smart1300LCDT. The specs on a new Smart1300LCDT list 23 minutes for a 200W load. 18-month is going have less amp-hrs than a 3 yr battery. My original batteries lasted 6 years 7 months.
