**Q: Does this come with hardware?**
A: No, this is just the base.

**Q: Will I have to drill holes in my 2010 Honda C rv ?**
A: Not sure about the 2010. Look under the bumper. On the 2013 there is a threaded bolt hole which allows you to secure the license  plate holder from underneath the bumper.

**Q: Amazon says this won't fit my '08 cr-v. is amazon correct or not?**
A: I got this for my 2010 and it fit like a glove.
Don't think there's any difference on a 2008, but I'm no expert...

You will have to screw into the bumper for it to be completely secured. It fited perfectly on my 2010 Honda CRV.
