I am using these as a starter who does not want to risk injury. Good for building endurance and strength steadily. Good part is that these don't roll away and protect the marbonite floor due to the resin cover.

Valutando il mio aspetto ho considerato che sarebbe stato meglio allenarsi, soprattutto con dei pesi. Essendo una persona completamente sedentaria, sono partita da pesi piรน bassi da sollevare, soprattutto per all'allenamento delle braccia. Di questi pesi mi ha stupito il prezzo, cercando in lungo ed in largo, pure in siti second hand, non riuscivo a trovare pesi 2-3 kg sotto i 20 euro e non volevo spendere troppo. Il loro prezzo di circa 15 euro e le recensioni per la maggior parte positive mi hanno convinta per l'acquisto. Le ho usate per allenare qualsiasi parte del corpo per circa un mesetto e posso dire che fanno davvero bene il loro dovere. Non hanno cambiato colore con il sudore, rimanendo impeccabili come se appena acquistati e si lasciano impugnare facilmente. Consiglio vivamente, soprattutto se vuoi metterti in forma ma non hai molto feeling con i pesi.
