They do reply to questions quickly. Product is very nicely made. My suggestion is to go ahead and purchase the cover for the elevator at the same time. You will be glad you get it as it will be easier to install the elevator under your mattress. Remember you will have to lift your mattress to install so it will be helpful to have someone lifting it while installing. They fit almost perfect (a little on the snug side) and look good. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Could definitely be a bit bigger, but satisfied *by B***K on Reviewed in the United States on May 12, 2023* I bought this cover for the 5" wedges and can definitely understand why people complain that it's not big enough and a pain to install on the wedges. It wasn't too difficult for the 5" inch wedges, but still harder than it should be. I couldn't imagine trying to get this on the 7" wedges. The covers I received don't have the zippers on them and go on like a fitted sheet (with no elasticity whatsoever) , so there's no cover on the bottom side of the wedge. I'm fine with this, but it still was a bit of a pain to get on, as others have mentioned the cover is just short enough to make it a PIA to get on the wedge. Good quality with sturdy material and stitching, but adding an inch or two to the length would go a long way towards eliminating the hassle of getting them on. Or put a little bit of elastic in the fabric (similar to stretch jeans) so it has a little elasticity.
