Yeast, 1 Pound Pouch (4 Pack)

This is the brand I prefer and I buy the multitasking. Use one and freeze the others for later, so compact that they take up little space

I purchased this yeast many months ago and recently opened a second package that has been in the freezer for quite a while. it worked great. the packaging is fantastic. I purchased and put directly into freezer for long term storage. Would buy again.

I bake all our bread and this is my go to yeast! It never fails!

During Covid, yeast was hard to find. Thank goodness for this product being available, as I have always baked bread and pizza, and I wanted to continue to do so. The yeast is in an airtight foil sealed bag, and the yeast works wonderfully to make my breads rise. I saved a jar from store bought yeast and just empty some of this large bag into it for convenience. Then I keep the rest of the opened bag sealed and stored in my freezer. I should have enough yeast for bread baking for a year with this purchase!

Glad i bought the 2 Lb. pack of 4. I've been making my own bread for a while now due to covid. So far way better than the store bought. defiantly a far superior product.. cant beat the smell of the proofing, baking and taste!I also seem to use about the same amount if not a little less than the store bought for comparable usage.

The only yeast I use, for bulk ferment artisan loaves to classic homemade cinnamon rolls and more. And you can freeze the bags (inside a Ziploc bag) for long term storage if needed.

I have not been using this yeast for very long, but what I have used I do like using, it seems to be a good yeast.

Two were not vacuumed all the way. Didn't see any holes or leaks so kept the order. The two were like bricks which is how they normally come.
