I never write reviews but on this occasion, I feel I need to! For a few years I had been constantly getting ill, sickness bugs, viral and bacterial infections. If someone so much as sneezed near me, I would catch it. If someone had a stomach bug, I would catch it. My immune system seemed to be bad and I had lots of stomach issues like abdominal pain, random sickness and nausea. I did extensive research to find out what could help and these are one of the top recommended supplements. I’ve been taking these for just over two months and within the first week, the nausea subsided as well as the abdominal pain. It might be a coincidence but I also haven’t been ill since either. Before I was getting ill roughly 2 times per month. I definitely feel confident that these have improved my gut health, therefore my immune system. I will continue.

These have been my go to probiotics for years. I find them gentle on my stomach, of good quality, and usually on Amazon you can find them for a good price. I was had tummy troubles, but if I’m good, remember to take these every day they really do help.

Got these in the hope it help heal my stomach ulcer but no luck , I’m sure there good just not helped with my unfortunate situation

I like this brand. I’ve tried other brands and they mess up my routine… as in, stuff stops moving completely. This one works perfectly for me. And I like the packaging. Easily pleased haha.

Excellent performance when we have traditionally suffered from IBS or constipation too we take one of the boosted Bio Kults tabs instead of the usual daily regular strength tablets and we're all good. If asked I would recommend the normal strength bio kult for everyday use too.
