Bought XL , glad I did as large would of been too tight, the hood is a bit big so I’ll use a sweat band around my head for tonight’s session, did one hour walk on a treadmill and lost 1.8 lb, I know it’s only water but it feels good! Get moving !!!

Good heat suit, comfortable and gets temperature up. I bought XL instead of L and it fits just right. Could even go a size up again if I wanted it to be a bit roomier

Absolutely brilliant! It does what it says. Whether cycling or running or just general exercise within minutes one can noticed the difference and the amount of sweat dripping. If one wants to shred off the fat faster this really helps.

Great item for Physical training really is,works a sweat up very quickly. I recommend this item to anyone who wants to lose a few pounds of fat I have lost 6lb in 2 weeks.

This is a great sauna suit & would have got 5 stars but for the sizing guide. It does exactly what it says & excellent for making you sweat way more than usual, for that it would get 5 stars. Unfortunately I do not fall under any of the sizes in the sizing guide as I am 5’ 8” with a 48” chest & weighing 250llbs so I looked at the manufacturers recommendation of using chest size & weight which suggested 5XL. Airing on the side of caution I ordered a 4XL & waited with excitement for next day delivery which as per usual with Amazon arrived on time. Out of the box & into the Hotsuit &.......I was wearing a TENT! It was MASSIVE! I returned it the same day & ordered another one, XXL which came the next day...perfect size. With the perfect size now known I ordered a 2nd one in a different colour. Just to show how well these work, I lost 9llbs in two days by doing 30 minutes on the running machine each day. I had swimming pools in the arms (disgusting I know) but that is what they are designed to do. Just make sure you take it off while standing in the bath or shower or you will be cleaning up a sweaty mess.

Delivered next day Amazing product, reviewed it extensively and used it to go on bike rides & after just one week already lost weight Witch is my aim, after lockdown I'm sure there are a lot of people like me me who have gained a few pounds but this hot suit has put me back on track. HIGHLY RECCOMEND

This sauna suit. Makes me really sweat when I do jogging. It's a little bit tight on the leg part since may be it's built for small legs. Anyways it was good enough for tall people. Good quality it is.

Il est au top, vêtements de sudation parfait , après une séance d'entraînement, j'ai éliminé un maximum et sèche très vite.
