These multivitamins work like none other. I can tell when I run out and don't take them. I feel sluggish and lethargic when i run out. The difference is night and day. Absorption happens quickly. The pills are easy to swallow and are normal multivitamin size and coated.

Loveeeed this product. I really like Solaray and their supplements they are really good quality. This one I find specially good because it has so many of the vital supplements you need plus it’s a really good price. And when comparing it to other more expensive supplements it’s pretty much the same ingredients. Would recommend, of course remember these are supplements and you don’t do much taking this and not having a good first.

Great vitamins and noticed that I do have a little more energy with them. They do have a smell to them that will make your pee stink and turn neon yellow. The taste is okay but would recommend having water right there when you go to take it.

Hello. I've been using Solaray products for over 15 years; and, during this time I have always received high quality vitamins, which had no defects or issues (such as broken seals, missing vitamins, etc.). And, when I take the Solaray vitamins, I can feel them working in a way that is positive, with no side affects. There seem to be a billion companies that sell vitamin and mineral supplements today; and, I have tried some of them. Most have been organic, and all of them have been expensive (in some cases, very expensive). Ironically, none of these have been able to achieve the same level of benefit or feeling of wellness that the Solaray products have been able to achieve. In the past, I have purchased the "Solaray Provide" vitamins: I used them for many, many years. I chose to try the "Solaray High Energy Multivitamin", and in comparison to the Provide vitamins, I receive the same benefit and feeling of wellness after taking them. Other customers have stated that there is a smell or aftertaste with this Multivitamin; however, I have not noticed any peculiar smell or aftertaste. In fact, and for me, there is none. I recommend this Multivitamin very highly. I plan on continuing to use it as long as the formula and the quality is unchanged.

I've used this specific woman's vitamin for over a year. I knew to research a manufacturer that doesn't use preservatives, along with being a small company that doesn't mass produce. I've used Solaray vitamins for maybe 10 years and have always found them to be excellent. At the same time I started these vitamins, I started a Collagen Protein, and also started a cold laser hair comb, so unknown if one or all have helped to regrow some of my thin hair. I choose to believe these vitamins have really helped. DO NOT let the strong smell stop you from using them! They are clean vitamins and part of that smell is the vitamin without preservatives. I recommended them to my hairdresser as she noticed my new hair and when she got them, she commented on the odor .... it's worth it, so just toss them down!! Anything made by Solaray is terrific!!
