Got it next day and far less expensive than OEM
This is a Chinese aftermarket replacement which fit and works well. It was far less expensive than the OEM Sachs part and it shipped overnight so I could get the car going again the next day, on a Sunday no less! I have been driving on it for about a month now without issue.

Cheap great replacement
2013 smart fortwo actuator worked fine to repair my faded transmission actuator

It worked , just instaled it
My car stop driving on the freeway and it was not starting and showing 3 lines in speedometer. towed it to my shop and installed this part and in few second it adjusted by itself and I had P and D and N back and it started and drives fine so far. will let you know if it does not work or any other problem

Short lifespan
Worked great for about 200 days. It suddenly stopped functioning properly and started to make a loud sound. Jerky acceleration and not disengaging on deceleration which stalls the engine. I’m replacing it with an oem part next.

Works perfectly installed and relearn the actuator according to the factory specifications works perfectly.

FAILED FAILED FAILED
FAILED ordered sept 12th FAILED jan 2nd clunking, low on power, unit can no longer actuate the clutch acurately and "slaps" the clutch shut, diagnostics have been run by official Mercedes benz software, "clutch actuator has failed" ITEM IS JUNK! sure its an accurate replication of the original on the outside, but not internaly ....except its WEAK!!!!! and will fail in short order...i will be taking it apart to see what failed, i suspect its a lack of proper motor windings or wrong gauge of wire used

They only last around a year. Mine just went bad now 10/31/2025 and this is my second one

Worked everyday for 3 months and today it just died on me.. only this time stuck in gear on the road... obviously out of warranty period. The tow just cost me the difference between this and and an OEM Sachs unit.
