How long does this gel take to help pain

I suffer from Fibromyalgia, worse in my hands, which is what I use 5kind for. It doesn't mak ethe pain go completely, but it does help. Sometimes it works in minutes, sometimes it might take 20.

Would this help with after pain from cramp?

This is very good when rubbed into the legs and ankles. I only apply it in the morning after a bath but I can definitely say that I have had fewer cramps in my legs since using it, so would recommend it for cramps.

I had knee replacement surgery and nothing seems to ease the pain that much. Does this really work ?

It certainly does work! I was scheduled for total knee replacement surgery last year but obviously got cancelled due to Covid. I’ve been using this for 3 weeks now on my knee and shoulder (rotator cuff), usually about 3 times a day, mornings, after my physio and before I go to bed and I can say hand on heart, it actually works. does this cream fast absorbed or does it stay on skin and needs lots of rubbing to get absorbed?

I tried some of my neighbour's about an hour and a half ago. I have terrible pain in my neck and shoulder and it worked within about five minutes. It absorbed so quickly into my skin. My neighbour put it on for me and she didn't have to rub it in for long, just a minute or two. Any effort it takes will be worth it. I had a double knee replacement nearly 15 years ago which has left me disabled and constantly in pain. I tried it on one knee for comparison. Again it absorbed incredibly well and I noticed a reduction in the pain within minutes. I rubbed what was left on my hand into my fingers and even they felt easier. It's not a miracle cure or even perfect pain relief but any pain relief is amazing. I put in my first order about an hour ago. I don't yet know how long the pain relief will last but even this last hour and a half has been wonderful and if works long term it will definitely be worth the money. I'll write a review when I've used it for a few weeks. I have high hopes. Take a chance, go for it and good luck :)
