Accurate and easy to use
I use this for cutting large sheet goods along with NGX clamp edge. Works very well and is accurate. clamping on both sides make it very secure. Does not flex or give as I'm cutting and cuts and straight and accurate.

The perfect addition.

Useful addon item to have.
Easy to attach and use. However, it shipped without the support finger which holds the piece in place when it the L position. In that position without it the entire square is useless. I contacted the manufacturer, they shipped missing part.

Not reliable.
Easy to assembly but connection is not even making difficult to pass the circular saw from one side to the other. Not accurate at all. Flimsy. I do not recommend.

Needs work.
I'm guessing it's good for *something*. I'm just not sure what. I bought the Bora NGX 50" clamp & saw guide to use as an inexpensive track saw, so I could cut down 4x8 panels at the yard into 4x4 sections that would fit in the van. So far, so good. That combination works pretty darn well. The cool thing about the NGX clamp, too, is that it adjusts from the clamp side, rather than from the opposite side, like the previous version--which would have had me walking back and forth from one side of a panel to the other. I thought that adding the T-square would let me set a mark on one side, set the clamp, and I would be good to go. Wrong! The issues I ran into: 1) When the clamp isn't attached in the MIDDLE of the T-square, it's difficult to ensure that the T-square is fully engaged on the other side. (I found out to my chagrin that it is all too easy for the T-square to be OUT of alignment, when a lot of it is projecting out to one side. 2) THINKING the T-square was aligned on the other side of the panel gave me a false sense of security. I cut a good 1" to one side of the line at the other end. That may be something I can work around, or it may send me back for another half panel. Time will tell.) The moral: You MUST mark both sides of the panel, and position the clamp relative to those marks. So the T-square buys you nothing, for that purpose. 3) Using it as track saw, of course, you WANT the T-square to be offset, so there is room for the saw blade to pass without going through it. 4) I thought I would be able to use the edge of the T-Square as a guide, so I could set that edge of the clamp easily. Wrong again! 5) The edge of the aluminum T-Square has a plastic piece that extends beyond the aluminum extrusion. That's not terrible, by itself. But because of the way the T-square attaches to the clamp, that edge is a good 3/4 of an inch or so away from the edge of the panel, making it harder to line up. 6) An even bigger problem is the fact that it is impossible to line up the T-square precisely with the edge of the saw blade--because the locking mechanism has to be pulled UP to loosen the connection, which means you CAN'T have the saw-guide and saw in place while the connection is loose enough to slide. You have to choose one. You can either adjust the position of the T-square, or have the saw in place on it. You can't do both. 7) Finally, I'll note that for my first use, I didn't put the edge strip on the NGX clamp. Big mistake! You don't really need it for tear-out, but you DO need it to align the clamp with your marks. It is just really hard to align the clamp with the saw on it, get both sides right, AND clamp it down when you've got it right.

Doesn’t align at accurate 90. Probably because it arrived bent. It’s gotten to the point that I can’t be bothered sending items back.
