A great TMJ-D pillow
I have struggled with TMJ-D for as long as I can remember and I wear a mouth guard at night to prevent grinding. I've tried in the last couple of years at least 10 pillows... I know it's ridiculous, but not when you're waking up multiple times a night and totally miserable and exhausted every morning. I bought this pillow nearly a year ago... and I kept trying it. I thought it was too thin at first... my husband and I even laughed at it. However, eventually, I started using it. It took awhile to get used to it, but now I am sleeping so much better and I'm not waking up with jaw or neck, or back pain in the morning. I know everyone's situation and neck issues are unique, but I have to say, this pillow seems to keep me in good alignment. Other pillows are too thick for me or provide uneven support. I'm actually going to buy a second pillow just in case our cat decides to have a hairball on this pillow (she has done that to me before)!

POOR is being polite -- 1.75in thick, compresses to nothing, worst purchase here yet.
Absolute trash. Just unreal how laughable this pillow is. I searched long and hard to find a stomach-sleeper pillow that would remain cool temperature throughout the night. I chose this pillow because of the CLAIMED 2.75 thickness and CLAIMED cool temps. 1. Measured LOOSELY with a digital caliper, this pillow is a maximum of 1.75 in thick and that is a GENEROUS measurement. As you see from photo, it is actually MUCH thinner than 1.75in, and compresses to ALMOST NOTHING when laying on it. Even using a carpenters "square" to reach the very center of the pillow, it still measures less than 2 inches thick, approx 1.9in to be exact. And seriously, it compresses to NOTHING. A single cheap "dollarstore" bath towel, folded twice, is much better. So either I received a ~highly~ defective product, or the wrong item, or this pillow is highly misrepresented. 2. It's so thin that even the smallest pillowcase that I have slops around on it so loosely that the pillow works its way out the pillowcase by morning. And to provide perspective, this pillowcase is actually too tight for any regular store pillow, even the thinnest pillows. Yet on this Slim Sleeper pillow, it looks like 50% too big for it. 3. The temp is acceptable but certainly NOT cool. Better than cheap memory foam, but I have seen some newer memory foam designs that are cooler temp than this, but I have not seen any of the cool temp models that measure around 2.75in - 3in, which is exactly what thickness I wanted and this pillow DOES NOT DELIVER. Just unreal how laughable this pillow is. Manufacturer should be ashamed of its description of this product.

Thinner than I expected / Nice quality
Matches my latex topper in thickness and softness. This pillow may be more ideal for stomach sleepers. I am a back sleeper and an added inch would have been better (I did not think this through). I will definitely keep this item and use it for a variety of scenarios: knee pillow, back pillow when sitting in a chair, and of course for my night time pillow. The pillow can be easily rolled up and folded in half. Great quality, comes with a zipper cover. Did not notice off-gassing. It came rolled in a box and has not completely flattened out into a smooth surface (but that is not a problem with the functionality.) I may purchase another to add height as a sleeping on-my-back pillow (but that may be too pricey), after sleeping with it more than a week. Note: I only have used it once for a two hour nap.

Good cushion for back sleeping and thin enough for stomach sleeping
The pillow I got measured in at 2.5" thick. Needed to measure with a flat surface placed on the top since there is some slight curve to the top surface of the pillow. I mostly sleep on back and stomach and only occasionally side. Probably 45/45/10. Also due to arm issues, my arms must always be near straight down by my sides, which can make stomach sleeping uncomfortable for me. I had been sleeping with a pillow for back sleeping and no pillow for stomach sleeping. I needed a pillow that gave good cushion for back sleeping, but thin enough for stomach sleeping. I always liked the springiness of latex foam pillows but the ones available in stores are way too thick. I was hesitant about this one being so thin. After using for just a few days, I have had uninterrupted sleep so far. Back sleeping is comfortable with head up or turned to either side. Stomach sleeping is comfortable. And even side sleeping is comfortable... I sleep on my side with shoulder rolled in and don't need very high support. Perfect that this pillow is small enough to travel with as well. Update: 1 week of use and I've been sleeping through the night more than ever before.

Not the same as the previous years version
I bought this “same” pillow a few years ago and this new version is much much more firm to the point that it’s uncomfortable. Feels like I’m sleeping on a rock. Also, the first pillow I got had a menthol smell. Almost like Vic’s vapor rub. This was in conjunction with the latex smell. (The latex smell is to be expected.) The menthol smell was coming from some type of oil on the pillow. When I handled the pillow the menthol smell was an oil and remained on my hands. The smell calmed down a little as it dried over a few days but it’s still very present on one side of the pillow. It’s unfortunate they changed this pillow as the previous one was the best pillow I’ve ever used. I can’t recommend this one at all.

UPDATE: Just Over One Year Later!
This is an update about a year later. While this thin latex pillow did hold up to nightly use (plus a lot of comfy naps) it has started to cave in and has a head shaped divot. Really disappointed because the pillow is kind of expensive. Not sure if there was a warranty of any type, but if it was only one year it probably will hold up that long. But just over a year and the pillow is sunken. Bummer! Before this, though it was phenomenal. I purchased one of those beds that go up and down. I can't have a big pillow when I'm sitting up so I bought this thin but supportive pillow. It's comfortable but just know it is super thin. Obviously it tells you how thin it is but I still wasn't expecting how thin and flimsy it is! The pillow is supportive and what's there is quality.
