We roasted a 90+ pound pig and it took 5 hours as promised. The only thing that was a bit "off" is that the skin was not as crispy as we had hoped/expected so we put it on the rack over the charcoal for a few minutes and it was great. May have been because this pig had more fat than usual so that may account for the meat being done but the skin not being as crisp. We also roasted corn on the cob in the husks and that was delicious as well.
