Christopher's Original Formulas Quick Colon Part 1, Colon Health Support, 100 Veg Caps

I happen to stumble across this product because I could not get my Dr. Schultz delivered the next day, and I was going out of town. These were delivered to me the next day. I can honestly say I will never buy Dr. Scholl’s again. This is half the cost and works more effectively. It does not give you the feeling that you have to drop everything and run as fast as you can to the bathroom. It does not give you diarrhea. I love this product!

Always as noted

At first, this didn't work for me AT ALL. How it worked for me was to take 1 capsule around bedtime or the evening followed by a tall glass of water, then 1 upon waking up followed by a warm glass of water, coffee or tea. I later tried reverting to 1 capsule in the morning and again, it didn't work for me. I need 2. I won't say it's foolproof though. Sometimes it doesn't work as well, but those days I usually forgot to drink as much water as I should. I love all of the other Dr. Christopher's formulas, they are life-savers for me and my mom and his story is amazing if you ever have time to read it (he passed years ago).

Great item! Works where other prescription drugs have not. I say give it a try.

This formula is incredible. It is gentle, effective, and does not make you cramp like other products containing senna. Dr John Christopher was such an intelligent herbalist - that he actually formulated this product with other herbs to nullify the cramping effect of the senna This is a grade A product and is one of my all time favorites - from one of the most well respected Herbalists ever to walk the Earth : Dr John Christopher. I do enjoy this product very much but I do not like using it every day. I use it for occasional constipation. I have been taking this off and on for the last 20 years and it absolutely works. On the first day, if I'm feeling desperate I will take up to 10 to jump start everything, then go to one a day after. Not long into that first day: holy cow I cannot believe my body had all that in it! It is not like a laxative, and I have never experienced any discomfort or dehydration or anything else weird. It honestly feels healthy to use and I notice the results last for many weeks after I stopped taking them daily. It seems like a trains my body and helps my body get on schedule on its own.
