Wow. I don't think any additional review is necessary, but the verbose among us I'll elaborate. This is superb chocolate, in chip form. This is not cheap chocolate to use as filler in cookies or other sweets. These chocolate chips shine in a cookie and really step the whole treat up a notch to something that makes you stop and stare in amazement with each bite. I should warn you though, that these can become quite dangerous if you have any weakness with respect to self restraint/control. I highly recommend that you purchase a safe for these and resultant cookies. Only allow the safe to be opened by someone you can trust. Here's the ultimate recipe for use with these chocolate chips (be sure not to overcook - err on the side of tender/moist, not hard/dry): INGREDIENTS 11 1/2 ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Chips 1 cup butter or margarine, softened 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed 2 large eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 1/4 cups unsifted flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt DIRECTIONS Heat oven to 375ºF. Stir flour with baking soda and salt; set aside. In large mixing bowl, beat butter with sugar and brown sugar at medium speed until creamy and lightened in color. Add eggs and vanilla, one at a time. Mix on low speed until incorporated. Gradually blend dry mixture into creamed mixture. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.

I am a white chocoholic! Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything Ghirardelli, but if you like white chocolate, this is the brand to buy! Two bonuses: These have 1g of protein, which most chocolate chips cannot state and they are peanut-free! <3

I’m ordering these for a third time but I’m confused. I received 12 bags the first time, which is said in the product description, while the product title says 6 bags. In my second order I only received 6 bags. I’m about to order my third so which is it, 6 or 12!? I was quite upset I only received 6 last time. Other than that, I love Ghirardelli chocolate over all chocolate, and I love the baking chips even more!! They made cookies delicious this holiday season, though I’m more prone to eating them right from the bag- I can’t resist! They’re so smooth and the flavor just can’t be matched by anyone else - I always go for the white chocolate chips.

Estos chocolates son súper ricos , sirve para hacer de todo tipo de postre. He comprado otras marcas pero nada que ver . El sabor de este chocolate es único . Me llegó en perfecto estado aunque pensé que llegarían derretidos pero no. Derriten súper bien en microondas también .

STAY AWAY! I received all of them with expiration date within 6 weeks of my purchased date! They also tasted very bad. Like buttery and sour which sucked because I actually needed them for my business and they are SO expensive at any store in person. I would not order this product again and you shouldn't either.

Awesome for fudge. I used these for a key lime pie fudge, went so far as doing a homemade gram cracker crust with it. OMG. Good stuff. I put on a few pounds eating that. Worth it though lol.

Love Ghirardelli Mini Chocolate Chips for baking, especially as the weather gets colder and I bake more and more, these work so very well in all my Bread Recipes!!!
