If it is just going to be an edging and you are only going to use one side of the channel, it will be real tight but could work. I used mine to connect 2 pieces of 1/8" plexiglass and works well. Hope this helps **Q: How rigid is this product? Is it a soft rubber or harder polycarbonate?** A: It is flexible **Q: Is there a product available for 1/16” thick panels that otherwise has identical properties (I.e. clear, H-channel)? I looked and could find none.** A: I know of none, but that does not mean there aren't any. If there aren't and the pieces of plexiglass are not too large or there are minimal flexion forces on the plexiglass, a clear packing tape my work ?? **Q: Can these bend at a right angle?** A: No .
