This is my 3rd ADC stethoscope and I've loved each and every one of them. I've replaced with use/abuse on my part, over the years. This is a great option and a fraction of the cost of the name brand stethoscopes. I can hear so well on these and have never been disappointed.

Not sure what specialty you want to go into when you graduate as a nurse? While you figure out if cardiology or ICU is going to be your "thing", I recommend this inexpensive stethoscope to use in clinicals! It's not going to get you the most clear, "fine" tones, but you will hear crackles, rhonchi, and even MV regurge (if it's not too subtle). So save that graduation gift of a really expensive stethoscope for after you've decided you'll actually need it. This stethoscope is fine for learners!

Love this stethoscope. Great product for the price. Sounds are clear and ear pieces are very comfortable. Product is very lightweight. Would highly recommend.

I bought an ADC stethoscope many, many years ago in nursing school. It was the best scope, much better than the Littmann's all the others were using IMO. But I ended up leaving it behind at a job, and it "disappeared". I ended up getting some sort of generic cardiac stethoscope about 5 years ago, and while it has served it's purpose, I knew I needed to get back to the ADC brand. This stethoscope is excellent. Very lightweight- it almost doesn't feel like I have anything around my neck! The bell and diaphragm are very sensitive, and the ear pieces mold perfectly. If you have any hesitations about this brand, please don't! This is actual quality at better prices.

A little flimpsy but does the job. It’s a great extra to have if your more advanced stethoscope is out of commission. Definitely won’t hear all the heart sounds, but good for everything else.

This was certainly "lightweight", but it was to the point of feeling cheap. I had originally purchased it as a replacement for a different stethoscope from the same company but was disappointed. The sound quality is possible but not amazing. I wouldn't recommend this in most instances of regular use.
