Kundenservice ist einfach grausam, die Mitarbeiter sind nicht kompetent genug um die einfachen Fragen zu beantworten und die Sprachqualität ist so schlecht, dass Sie einfach raten müssen was der Mitarbeiter gesagt hat. Bei dem Gespräch mit dem Kundenservice hören sie unklar 1/3 des Wortes wenn Sie Glück haben. Bei den im System steht, dass die Karte aktiv ist und alle sämtliche Probleme werden in 48 Stunden gelöst, natürlich laut die Legende. In der Wahrheit nach 48 Stunden kriegen Sie keine Antwort und das Problem wird nicht gelöst. Also wenn Sie diese Karte kaufen, müssen Sie bereit sein, dass Sie am ende diese Karte entsorgen und einfach von einem anderen Anbieter eine andere Karte kaufen. Ich habe insgesamt 3 Handys ausprobiert, bei jedem steht kein Netz. Wenn meine neue Nummer wähle, dann kommt die Aussage, dass die gewählte Nummer ist nicht vergeben, obwohl die Karte angeblich aktiv ist.

Ich habe die Karte im Mai bestellt und wollte sie im Juli 2022 über die Seite von Lebara aktivieren. Da die erste 6 Stellen der Seriennummer bei der Registrierung vorbelegt waren und nicht geändert werden konnte, jedoch nicht mit dem Beginn der Seriennummer der gelieferten SIM-Karte übereinstimmt, war dies nicht möglich. Im Chat auf der Lebara-Seite schrieb mir ein Kundendienstmitarbeiter nach längerem hin und her, daß die Karte gesperrt sei. Eine Entsperrung würde 48 Stunden dauern und er würde das veranlassen. Da die Karte auch nach 72 Stunden nicht online aktiviert werden konnte, rief ich die Kundenhotline von Lebara an. Dort sagte mir ein Mitarbeiter, daß es sich um eine alte Karte handeln würde, die nicht mehr registriert werden kann. Ich sei da wohl Betrügern aufgesessen und solle doch einfach direkt bei Lebara eine neue Karte kaufen. Und er glaube auch, daß Lebara keine SIM-Karten über Amazon verkauft. Ich werde daher in Zukunft die Finger von Lebara lassen und die gekaufte Karte in die Mülltonne werfen.
