Best soy sauce for adobo
I love datu puti soy sauce and cane vinegar for adobo. It has just the right salt content for recipes that rely on a good amount of soy sauce.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Contains MSG
BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This soy sauce contains MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) a known trigger for Migraine Headaches. It is not listed in the ingredients on Amazon.

Gluten free soy sauce
Salty and has MSG but is gluten free and much less expensive than tamari

Cheap But VERY Salty
The saltiness predominates, and the underlying flavor is only mediocre. I won't buy this brand again, even though it's a lot cheaper than other soy sauces. Note: I bought my bottle at Angelo Caputo's Fresh markets, a Chicago area chain.
