Even though I'm in great health and physically active, I might lack sufficient intake of daily vitamins (just like most of us, I guess) :) However, this product seems to have an unpleasant side effect: Nausea. Yup, within a couple of hours after consuming this Multi-vitamin, I would feel nauseous... and slightly light-headed; then it would go away gradually. So, beware! Also, I do not recommend taking it on an empty stomach - as the nausea would feel much stronger.
