This game is so much fun. My kids love playing this on game night!

This game was a little advanced for my toddler. They loved it anyway, playing with dad. This is a padded variation of the card game "War". There are function cards built in to swap teammates and more mechanics. If it's a lopsided play on reactions, ask the faster person to default with their glove off behind their back. Cards do get eliminated vs one side building up a pile and its a slog to complete play with the last 1/3 already seeing a clear winner. The Game can be played fairly quickly, can be a fun icebreaker in a party. The gloves aren't huge (to fit in the box) and can be worn on the Right or left. My husband who wears XL gloves was in the top range to fit. It didn't fit great but did ok. It all fits in the box easily and can live with other games well. I also see cos-players buying two sets for inexpensive costume parts. I've had an item change on me in the far past. My grandson has been enjoying learning new games with me. I saw this game with the boxing gloves and thought he would find it fun in a silly sort of way. Even when he isn’t playing this game , he will put on the gloves and walk around. It’s not a rough game or anything but getting to wear the glove as an accessory is definitely the main draw to this game for him. Hes not usually the biggest card game guy and as I am trying to get him more interested I think this game has helped. He usually prefers board games to card games but this one is just unique enough. This game isn’t hard. I think he learned the objective quickly. We like the more active component of this card game.

This game is a blast! Brings the classic robot battle to life in a fast-paced, easy-to-play format. The boxing gloves add a fun and interactive twist. Thought this would be a fun game for my niece and nephew but they got bored with it very quickly, I think the boxing gloves are the finest part of it, the game not so much.

This a variation of SlapJack or Snap, so you need to be on your toes when a match condition comes up. I played it with my 4.5 year old and 7 year old. My 4.5 year old struggled with the concept but liked the tactility of using the glove to slap cards. The 7 year definitely understood the strategy and how the game works. He enjoyed the game play and rounds only lasted a few minutes. It was very quick moving and we played 3 or 4 rounds in ~20 minutes. The theme is really well done as the cards and art all draw heavily on the Rock 'Em Sock 'Em robots theme. The glove adds a neat wrinkle that could create complications if this is a game between adults and adult beverages. There are some situations where you need to pass the glove/swap hands that you have to be read for. Overall, I definitely recommend this game for fans of card games, the Rock 'Em Sock 'Em robots theme, or if you are looking for something to play with your kids.
