First of all, it's around a $60.00 dollar knife not a $300.00 Benchmade, etc., so keep that in mind. But for a little 'cheap' knife it's pretty nice especially for EDC/Back-up carry which is what I got it for, not for any heavy-duty use. Nice, small, lightweight package that carries discreetly and comfortably on your belt. The plastic sheath is more than adequate to hold the knife securely and allows easy purchase on the handle for fast, easy deployment. It can be carried in various horizontal positions due to being able to relocate the (plastic) belt clip via a couple of Phillips head screws for right, or left hand access. The blade came sharp, but I hit it a few times on my Worksharp multi-diamond sharpener and really put a nice razor-sharp edge on it. Perfect little EDC knife.

The quality of the knife is excellent. Blade comes sharp but I sharpened it more. The handle is a little short if you have large hands but it’s manageable. The sheath is constructed of very stiff glass filled plastic and the belt clip is super stiff but you want it to be so that it mounts to your belt securely. The firm click you get when sheathing the dagger assures you’ve secured the knife. Highly recommend.

Excellent, small self defense blade. Not super comfortable carrying against skin but any other way

This knife is amazing, I wore it scout carry to a grad party and with a t shirt over it you couldn’t even tell it was there, very easy deployment, and fits 3 fingers, the belt clip is a little tight but besides that it’s great and I plan to edc it more. Edit: so after about a year of beating this thing up I can say that the sheath did come a little loose but you can easily fix that with some epoxy. And the coating did chip a little but I did thrash this thing and used it for things it was not meant to be used for. I can still confirm that this is a great edc fixed blade

KA-BAR loyal customer because I have never had a problem with one. The steel holds its edge for longer than the ones similar. Is this product worth $50 or so. Absolutely. The way your hand naturally falls into position is my favorite part. Great EDC for inner city troubles, an Amazon delivery, staple remover, etc. Not recommended for bears, clearing a forest or trimming toenails. Lost my old knife in a move, so I replaced it with the new one because it is steady, dependable and stronger than a regular pocket knife. It fits nicely from shorts to a tuxedo. if someone sees it they are not going to worry unless it is a "Karen".

Perfect little left hand knife to wear next to your concealed carry. The sheath is made well enough and retains the blade well. I have smaller hands and the handle seems to fit well. I could imagine the front of the handle-choil might bite if you really wrench into something, but I haven’t experienced this yet. Blade steel is a reasonable and sharp option so long as you use the knife for what it’s intended for.

Great EDC knife. I love the sheath and using it as an off hand blade for self protection has been great. I’ve never had to pull it in defense. I carried for work for about a month and found the sheath and pull to be nice. I still have trouble putting it back in the sheath. But that may be a me issue. When I carry it as a work knife, it’s usually in the open and people do ask about it. It sharpens nicely and feels great in the hand. It’s small but feels perfectly sized for my needs. There is a bigger version of you need more to hold on to.

Gave this as a gift, k-bar is high quality. It's cool, compact, nice durable sheath, and clip. Fits nicely in my hand. I wear a large glove.

Great knife it will be good for cqc

I didn't realize how much smaller this knife was vs the original TDI model. For those who want a smaller form factor, this may suit your needs. I have small hands and I found this knife a bit too small for my liking. Again, it depends on how you plan to use it.. overall quality is the typical Kabar excellence that they're known for.

Great little edc knife and for the screws in the sheath I was able to loosen the by Holly thumb on the back and using a screwdriver
