I love these CPAP strap covers. No more ligature marks on my face. I like to wear my CPAP nose strap fairly tight to avoid air leakage. Prior to using these strap covers my ligature marks would be apparent for most of the day. They are soft and comfortable and I now wake up free of any marks on my face. So glad I found these on Amazon. They inexpensive and I highly recommend them.

Using a CPAP strap cover has been a total game-changer for me. It’s made wearing my CPAP headgear so much more comfortable, especially during long nights. The soft fabric prevents the straps from digging into my skin or causing irritation, which used to be a big issue. It also helps reduce those annoying strap marks on my face in the morning! if you don't really tighten them, they might slip off during the night, especially if you move around in your sleep. They did help with the lines on my face.

WOW, what a difference these CPAP comfort pads make. I was very used to the strap marks left on my face every morning, but now those marks are still present well past the lunch hour (age is terrible). These comfort pads eliminated those strap marks on my face as you can see from the attached photos. The material is extremely soft, it kind of reminds me of a baby blanket, and feels very comfortable against my face. Plus, there’s no tags with the manufacturers name to scratch your face. They show the blue side on the outside in their photos, but you can also reverse the pads and have the blue on the inside and the black on the outside (see photo). They are ~5” long and ~4” wide when opened up. I have hand washed them twice now and I think I’ll wash the used set (2 pads) when I thoroughly clean my CPAP gear once a week (I daily clean the nose piece) and switch to the other set while the now clean set air dries. Overall I highly recommend these pads as long as they fit your straps.

They are too wide for most straps and you can't tighten them enough so that they stay. They fall or slip off when you take the mask on or off. Now you're trying to put them back on in the dark or getting lines on that side of your face- frustrating.They do get good marks for comfort and they do prevent lines.

I have been having a persistent problem with irritation behind my ears after wearing my cpap mask. I was trying to come up with some fix for this when I ran across these on Amazon. I've received them now and have been using them and the result is great. The irritation is clearing up and the attachment of these covers was very easy. Glad I found them and plan to continue using them.

Where have these been? No more waking up with the strap lines across your face. These are comfortable to sleep in, can't even tell they are on your face!

Mit den Gurtpolstern liegt die Maske noch komfortabler auf als ohnehin. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass mit den Gurtpolstern bereits nach wenigen Tagen die roten Streifen auf den Wangenknochen deutlich nachgelassen haben. Aus meiner Sicht ein sehr guter Kauf.
