I ordered this rolling backpack to carry my laptop and small items for work. I thought it was cute, lightweigh , and I don't like bags on my back. After a week of using the bag, the adjustable handle broke into two pieces so now it doesn't function. I couldn't even tape/glue it back together. As a result I had to carry it on my back while wearing a suit and wheels are on my back as well.
