My HUGE complaint is the Spray top. I don't think they could've designed worse ergonomics into this if they tried. It has the sharp squared off corners and points on the back of the spray top and the trigger, plus the entire spins around freely even after it's tightened to the bottle. On top of that I don't think it sprays very efficiently, probably designed that way to make you use more. I used a third of a bottle on my MTB in one wash, and that was just covering all surfaces, my bike wasn't excessively dirty. I threw the spray top in the trash after it left my hand sore and marked up, and stuck a glass cleaner spray top on it instead, much more comfortable. Summary: Solution 5 stars, Trigger deign, 1 star, value 3 stars. Might be a good idea to buy the concentrate version, mix your own with water and put in a small tank sprayer.
