I bought this cutter to take out the fabric from an almost 40-foot chain link fence. Over the years the weeds become small trees and some have grown into the fabric. In some places the fence become part of the trees. So in those areas I need to cut section of the fabric out sometimes little bit at a time. This cutter did the job fine with no visible damages. Great value for the money. I think this cutter can be used many more times with no issue.

Well made and cuts the heavy wire I am using with ease. Useful tool for the tool chest.

Looks good for the price

I made this purchase to cut the cable locks of my two bicycles (The keys were lost in my house moving). This 14 inch bolt cutter cut the steel cable easily. The blade showed no wear or chip after the cut. It seems T8 steel is good enough to handle normal steel cable. I guess a high quality lock will be more challenging task for the cutter, compared to steel cable lock. So far, I am happy with the purchase.

I got this for the barn since my goats kept getting their head stuck in the fence and I was tired of going all the way to the garage to get the pair there. These are easy to use and not very bulky. Since then I have used these three times to cut the fence to get a goat out with no issue getting the fence clipped or a distressed goat.

Very hard to open. It has few adjustment screws but I have no idea how to use them. I hope to figure it out when I need it. The jaw opens very little, may be a 1/4 inch.

I purchased 3 new knobs for an entryway sideboard I had just purchased. The knobs it came with were the generic ugly kind. The new knobs had very long screws. I watched a video on You Tube on cutting the screws shorter and the woman mentioned this tool. I am a 72 year old woman and this tool cut the screws shorter easily. It was so easy to use. I was amazed. It's an excellent tool for the price. I will be letting my neighbors know that I have a bolt cutter and one that works like a breeze.

Hi , Firstly I do not ha because strength in my arms so I could not cut through a 2:5 gauge cable , but my husband could , after a few cut it went blunt and was difficult to cut , between my husband and 1 got the job done , but I found it difficult but for the price , I would give it a 3 star review

Edward Tools Bolt Cutter 14”: These bolt cutters are perfect for multiple tasks. I purchased them specifically for cutting "flatware" for sculpting. They cut through everything so far like "butter". Being a smaller size I found them easy to manipulate and use with one hand while holding something else. When cutting something being held in a vise, they cut clean and fast with minimal resistance.
