I’ve been really happy with these indoor plug-in pet security cameras. The picture quality is excellent, with a clear and detailed image that makes it easy to check in on my pets at home. The app also works very well and has been straightforward to use from day one. I’ve found it reliable for viewing the live feed, and everything runs smoothly without any frustrating setup issues or constant glitches. Overall, these cameras have been a great purchase. They do exactly what I needed, and the combination of good picture quality and a well-designed app makes them very easy to recommend. I’ve bought a number of these plus the blink outdoor battery cameras too.

The app is easy to navigate and makes checking the camera feed simple whether I’m at home or away. The video quality is excellent for such a compact camera. The 1080p picture is sharp and clear during the day, and the night vision works surprisingly well in low-light conditions. I can easily make out details, which gives me peace of mind when checking in on my home. Connectivity has been very reliable. Once connected to my Wi-Fi, the camera has stayed online without any unexpected dropouts, and notifications come through quickly whenever motion is detected. Live view loads promptly and the overall experience has been smooth. The sound quality is also very good. The built-in microphone picks up voices clearly, and the two-way audio works well for communicating with people or pets. It’s a useful feature that performs better than I expected. Easy to use had it set up in five minutes. Once you link the app with Alexa and you name the Camera something memorable. You can ask an Echo Show to 'Alexa, show me the front door camera' after about 1 second of buffering you get a HD live stream with sound. Using the Blink app on a phone or tablet you can also talk to the camera speaker and broadcast your voice. Quality has three settings in the app which is easy to use and the cloud storage is free till March next year but they are adding a local storage option soon. If you want to monitor outside the Infrared for night vision will reflect on a window rendering it useless, it works fine for indoor use. But even a street lamp or garden lighting allows a good picture at night externally. Although the XT2 model is wireless and better for outside use imho. Works well with Alexa, buffering is probably very much about how good your Wifi is and how good your Internet connection is. The cloud storage is easy to access using the Blink app on phone or tablets and you can monitor a camera when away from home with a 4G phone. Probably works best with Echo Show as the control method in the house and will be amazing when the local storage solution comes out. But for now is a good way to stream a live camera for a few minutes to an Echo show when needed. Not good for child, baby monitor as the Live stream to an Echo show only last about 5 mins before it will stop. You can just reopen the camera but that might get annoying over time. For outdoors this is not the best model as the motion monitor and infrared do not work well through windows. But to drop in at home or on a phone away from home for 1 to 5 mins to monitor a room, pet etc or well lit external view through a window it is an amazing product for the price.

Great item at a fantastic price. It is only live view unless you pay a subscription and there is a background noise that isn’t actually there. For the price paid for two cameras, I am happy! Setup was really easy and only takes a minute.

Only a few minutes of viewing without a subscription so completely unsuitable for the application I wanted to use it for. I feel it is totally unreasonable to charge to view a camera on your own network! Having said that, it is cheap as and works OK. The image is rather soft and lacks definition, but I guess you get what you pay for. I have since bought a Tapo camera which has no such limitations and the video quality is much higher. 3 x the price though.

I'm enjoying my little camera - probably chaep and cheerful, but it's doing the job I needed it for currently... by doorbell is somewhat sporadic as it is on a gate 2-3 metres from the house, and as I work from home and send out a lot of items each day, and I have been missing my courier drivers as they ring the bell (not working) or knock on the gate (6ft high and can't hear that in the house!) and then assume no one around and leave... even though the gate opens, should they wish to try it!! I have this Blink looking out of the window that overlooks where they arrive and detecting the motion I'm able to know when there is someone out there. It works really quite well. I do find that on occasions throughout the day it ceases up and is hard to get in to the live view, not sure why this is, but it will eventually free itself. I like that you can set the senstivity, otherwise it's forever triggering if the washing is swaying in the wind! I have to turn the night vision off, otherwise I cannot see a thing through the window at night, but without that on it works just fine. For the price point, despite its few small niggles, I think it's a fab little thing. The app is good, and I can view through my small echo show. Super easy to set up. Small enough to place in a time space and fit without looking out of place. Sturdy enough to withstand falling ocassionally (if the little suctioned shelf on my window falls). The cable is a reasonable length, but not quite long enough for where i have this placed, so I did purchase a longer cable.

Purchased 3 mini cameras which I installed. Installation was easy and all 3 worked perfectly. NO irritating commercials/advertisements just clean uninterrupted views. You start with a basic plan and you will receive suggestions for a paid plan after some time. I recommend to take the plan for multiple cameras and don’t take the single plan. It provides several options. I’m very happy with Blink as I’m not constantly bother with useless commercials and expensive pro plans which I had with other cameras. I can certainly recommend Blink.
