Chef Works Men's Montreal Cool Vent Chef Coat

This chef coat fits true to size and is so lightweight and comfortable. It also look very professional, my head chef even asked where I bought it! Stains come right off with no problem. All I use is detergent and oxi clean, haven’t had to use stain remover once. I feel as though the arm pocket is a bit small. And I have trouble fitting thick markers in the one sleeve. Besides that one small complaint, this is a great jacket.

I'll start off by saying at first i had my doubts.the back "cool vent" feels like ultra thin fabric that well feels cheap. But after using it for a while working in various sweltering kitchens (saunas will feel like hockey rings in comparison) its grown on me. I usually like to test things out and get a feel for em before i say anything about em. This one definately earned my seal of approval.The thing feels like a regular chef coat, but its more vented, so if you're working in the northwest id get a longer sleeved coat and just roll the sleeves up cause the cold will grip you when you're in the walk in fridge or freezer.Its great, its a decent price (Keep scrolling down your search results, you'll see it gets worse price wise) so i say, if you're a cook, you wanna stay cool, this isn't a bad choice. Its not for everyone, but its good for me.

Very nice jacket, light, breathable but way too big.I typically wear medium to Large and had to return the medium because it looked very big and got me a small (5,11, 190 lbs) .Short sleeves are very long so you would want to roll them up a bit, unless you like Chef Jackets that look very loose and do not look great, order a size under your typical size. I wish they shortened the sleeves and made the jacket overall fit a bit more stylish, and then it would be a 5 star

I haven’t even worn it in the kitchen yet but I’ve had jobs buy this coat for me before and they’re honestly the best. The half back ventilation keeps you super comfortable, doesn’t mean you won’t sweat but it breathes super well, and the stitching is so durable it stands up 100% better than the cheaper jackets available out there. If you want comfort and to avoid seam rips under your arms from repetitive reaching motions then it’s completely worth the money.

I think I got lucky in its fit. I wore it to a charity event and got a bunch of compliments, and I’m not even a chef!

This was for my son who works at a classy restaurant. He is 6'4" and 275lbs. We ordered a 2xl and it fit him great. The owners of the restaurant and also head chefs loved the fit, style and color. They all loved( including my son) the vented back. In a hot restaurant, it was nice to have it vented.He still wears a black t-shirt under it. It washes up well, with similar clothes, we hang to dry, and irons up if needed very easily. Nice, nice product!!!!!

Perfect for working long days. Comfortable, breathable fabric and true to size. Would highly recommend for chefs working 8+ hours.My only gripe is that the buttons can be flimsy and come undone when bending.
