This Heavy Bag Rules, But You Might Want To Keep Some Things In Mind.....
This is my first heavy bag, and I'm still pretty new to Muay Thai, so despite my experience in tkd and shotokan karate I hadn't really done a ton of bag workouts when I ordered this, and all the bags I had used before either had thick foam lining or were soft filled. The reason I chose this bag was because of its size for Muay Thai, reviews, and price, the latter being particularly appealing considering that not only was it relatively cheap, but it was also a prime item (saving me atleast $50 in shipping costs for something this heavy). The last word I would use to describe this bag is "soft," which my roommate learned very quickly when he decided to punch it full force with an unwrapped and ungloved hand when I wasn't home lol. My first few workouts were pretty rough. I have great gloves and wraps so punches weren't noticeably different from other bags but kicks, knees, and elbows were another story, however, after only a week or two of daily use the cloth packing inside the bag started to settle towards the bottom, thereby softening up the midsection of the bag which allows it to bend during hard kicks and absorb strikes better. This bag is also quite skinnier than most bags I've seen, which was also kind of an initial disappointment when I got it, but I've learned to really appreciate its thinness because it's actually improved my striking accuracy greatly by being a smaller target for me to hit, especially with spinning strikes or back kicks. I've also found that the narrow profile is better for shin kicks than thicker bags, because it's not as easy to accidentally impact the bag with the sensitive parts of my feet and therefore I can maintain some distance from the bag when kicking and not have to be right up against it. Finally, in terms of reliability and build quality, this super cheap and Pakistani made heavy bag is actually pretty impressive. It might not look as visually impressive as some other bags but it's thick vinyl construction is (so far) really tough. I've only had it for a few months now but over the past month I've been doing workouts with the bag hanging in my outdoor carport in below freezing temperatures and, despite my concerns that the vinyl might get brittle from the cold and start cracking, it looks exactly the way it did when I got it, no scratches, no cracks, nothing. I'd highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a serious, high quality, durable, and slightly unforgiving heavy bag to condition some shins on. It did come with chains and carabiners but I decided to use my own chains and climbing carabiners with the supplied chain swivel, not because of the reviews that report broken chain links, but because the ceiling of my carport is only about a foot or so higher than the bag itself, so I had to use shorter chains and carabiners so the bag wouldn't scrape the ground.

Bang for the buck is amazing and should hold up well
For the price, wow! Feels good getting back into it. A bit soft for an advanced striker but feels good.

Great quality. Great price.
Heavy bag is great quality, sturdy, and arrived in great condition. Had it for about 2 weeks now and have put some good rounds into it. Great price as well.

Great quality for the price
The shipping on this bag was very quick considering the weight and size of it. Definitely a quality and durable bag. Is on the harder side but I think itโs perfect for what youโd encounter when punching a human. Some bags are too squishy and donโt give you the right feel, this isnโt one of those bags.

Good for beginner to intermediate users...
Depending on your skill level... This bag is soft for advanced users. Great bag for beginner to intermediate. The skin of the bag is soft enough to punch without wraps. Easy on the knuckles. But strong roundhouse kicks, side-kicks and spinning back kicks just fold this bag in half. Get a good swivel so that the bag can turn and not develop uneven spots. Comes with chains and a big snap-link. UPDATE: After about a week of hitting this bag, some of the stuffing is settling, but actually in a good way. The bag was sort of light and fluffy when I first got it, but as I've hit it, some of the packing at the top is settling down to the middle and bottom and the bag has firmed up in the areas that I strike. So I added 1 star to make it 4.

Great Bag, Great Price
When I bought this bag, it was just barely over $200. For a filled heavy bag, thatโs a great price. These are the same bags used at my gym (SBG), so theyโre definitely durable and can takes thousands of kicks. For Muay Thai, itโs a great bag for beginners (not saying advanced fighter canโt use this though), reason being itโs โsofterโ than some other bags and is great for those getting into conditioning their shins. Overall, great bag for the price. Assuming the price doesnโt change drastically, I would buy again once my current one wears out

easy on and off
So far so good in terms of quality. I hung this from my pullup bar. This setup may not work for everyone because this bag is very tall, especially when you include the length of the chain. Im 6'2", so my pullup bar is very high up. I have to jump up to hang on my bar. Even so, the bag is about 2" off the ground So if you are shorter than 5'11", you will probably want to buy a support specially for your bag, and not try to recycle your pullup bar for this setup. So yes, I do have to consistently hook and unhook the bag to the bar each time I want to do pullups, but its actually very easy. The benefit is that the punching bag is very tall. So I really only lift it 4 inches off the ground. I place it on a small brick that I have while I hang it. Then I remove the brick. The bag ends up being 2 inches off the ground. It requires not effort really as long as you can lift the 100lb bag 4 inches up on the brick. Comparing it to regular sized punching bags which are about 2-3 feet off the floor, this one is much easier to hook on/off by yourself.

Good Quality
Good product that gets about 3 hours of use daily. The only negative is the once the stuffing descends into the bottom of the bag which was slightly faster than others I've used, it becomes as expected almost cement like. While I don't mind the hard texture others might need to loosen it up weekly.

Buyer beware
It was a lot larger than advertised which became a big hassle for me. I had to add a few inches to the bottom of my stand to get it off the ground using 2 by 4s
