I brought these camping because I struggle with overheating after recovering from covid. (my oxygen goes down when I'm too hot). I was pleased with how well these worked. They only stay cold for maybe 20 minutes, but when they are cold, they are surprisingly cold. I didn't even have to use the whole pack either, so I packed them away for the next camping trip. (I used one in the cooler too, and if insulated they actually stay pretty cool for a few hours, they are a great option to keep your food cold too!)

Quick acting, these get real cold instantly. Break the reservoir inside and shake up. The packs are small so they don’t stay cold for too long but do their job well enough for their size.

UPDATE: I’ve had a few of the packs leak before even activating which caused a sticky mess in the sports bag I use. It’s easy but annoying to clean - I’m just glad it’s non-toxic. I’ve learned to put the packs in Ziploc bags now, which has helped with that specific issue. I’ve used up my entire box of 24 and I’m still planning on ordering more of this brand. Still keeping at 4 stars. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought a box of these so I can bring some with me to my kids’ sporting events. They have already come in very handy for both baseball and flag football. Between my son, his teammates, and even opposing players, I have used up at least half a dozen! They are compact, easy to pack in a sports bag, and easy to activate (I just smash it against something or use my fist). I gave it four stars because they don’t seem to stay very cold for a long period (for what I would expect) but I guess it could be somewhat due to their compact size. Overall, they work great for what I bought them for and I will definitely purchase more!

Don't waste your money. Cold is an overstatement and they don't last more than 5 minutes. As a baseball coach, I will certainly not buy these again. Ought to be called fairly cool packs.

These work great. I bought them to take with us to theme parks and Bike Riding in florida. They stay cold for about 15minutes. It a good way to fight off heat stroke and keep my Kiddos Cool. These with a cold drink are a perfect way to stay cool when your out and about. Great Price for Great Product

They are difficult to "pop", it says squeeze,but there's so little stuff inside you can't just squeeze it to pop it, you have to slam it between your hands. Also, it only stays cold for about 5 minutes. I wouldn't buy again.

I donated a box of these to the MMA gym my 11 year old daughter goes to. A few days later someone hurt their ankle in her class and the coach got one of these and punched it while it was in his palm to activate it. The girl that was hurt used the instant cold pack for about 20+ minutes. That is good enough for me in my books.

I use this for emergencies when I feel lightheadedness episodes. Works instantly, easy to use, and is effective for cooling me off enough to overcome the light headed attacks.
