This product was recommended by a professional. It worked just the way it was supposed to with no irritation caused by product. Easy to use if you somewhat know what you are doing. If you’ve never sugared before watch YouTube first and you’ll be good.

My sugar paste came super fast and in perfect condition, I only wish it came with the gloves it features rather than the applicator sticks and wax clothes.

I have sensitive skin, and this sugaring paste is very gentle, which I really appreciate. It’s easy to use once you get the right technique, and it leaves my skin smooth without irritation. Sometimes it doesn’t remove all the hairs on the first try, but with a little practice it works much better. I also like that it washes off easily with warm water, and the gloves are a nice extra. Overall, it’s a good natural product and great value for the price.

This is my second tub. After struggling to properly sugar with my first tub—a combination of inexperience and the fact that I did not buy the pack with gloves—I was ready to give this a low rating. The problem with using your hands to apply the paste is that the heat from your fingers cause it to get gooey and unusable too quickly. So even if you follow pre-sugaring rituals like applying powder to dry your skin, it still wouldn't do a good job. As they say, the second time's a charm—the gloves made a big difference. It was significantly less messy compared to using your hands, maneuvering the paste with only your four fingers (no thumbs) was a lot easier, and when you're done, you just take off the gloves with the gooey paste and dispose. The paste itself works; I have no complaints. When done properly (remember to flick instead of pull), it removes large swaths of hair from the root, ensuring a slower re-growth.

I decided to try sugaring my chin, lip and sides of face on my own since spas and salons are closed. This product worked as well as any sugaring product I’ve experienced at a professional salon or spa. I was able to use the product successfully on my own the day it arrived. I warmed the product in the microwave 30 seconds or less to make it pliable enough to scoop from the container. I spread the product in the opposite direction of hair growth and quickly pulled it off (a quick snappy yank) in the same direction of hair growth, and it worked! I plan to continue doing my own sugaring and perfecting the process even after salons and spas reopen.

When I opened this I was so excited. It’s supposed to get easy to use the more you handle but did not. Stuck to everything. Since I opened it it continues to leak sticky everywhere. Very disappointed.

From what I've researched online, this paste has the correct texture, and a good amount is provided. However, as a beginner, I quickly realized that sugaring is a tricky waxing process (even with the help of online videos and tips). In my experience, it's painful, too, especially when you're still learning proper technique. I received a few bruises, probably because I don't have the correct wrist movements yet. I recommend you use a different waxing technique if you're only just exploring outside of razors like I am.

I’ve been waxing my own hair with sugar wax for the past 6 months and this stuff is amazing! It doesn’t get too sticky or soft while handling and I was amazed on how painless it was. Obviously some pain, but very bearable! Much better than the brand I had before!
