I used it for measuring a large grassy lot, and also for measuring a rough outline of a proposed driveway over a bumpy grassy area. The accuracy is pretty good-- my repeated measurements gave results that were always within a few inches of one another. Works on bumpy grass and also on gravel. Folds to fit into carry pouch. I looked at the many offerings on desertcart, and I could see that the lower-priced wheels consistently had lower ratings due to accuracy issues. So, I opted to go into the mid-level priced wheels. This one had great ratings and was not too expensive. Also, it gives readings in feet and inches.
