I've been trying to limp along my older Fujitsu ScanSnap S510. It's obsolete, but still does everything I need it to. Thankfully, I'm still able to get it to work with Windows 11. One drawback with this scanners age is the parts are starting to ware out. The rubber on the rollers is too hard and often multiple sheets are fed at once. I've purchased rubber rejuvenator products and they help, but for a short period of time and often I do get a couple pages that are fed through at the same time. These parts have been sitting on my desk and I forgot about them. I decided to actually install them. Why did I wait so long! They installed very easily. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. No more multiple page feeds. The scanner is working like new again. I recommend this kit if you need to extend the life of your scanner.

My 2006-ish ScanSnap S500 started to not draw the paper in as it has been for the last 18 years, and I really was sad, because I don't want to buy a new scanner. This thing has worked perfectly for so many years. This repair kit worked amazing. Paper is drawn in just like new. You just saved me $470.

The roller does not ran evenly. The documents inserted straight start tilting and wrinkles if it could be scanned till the end. After about 200 frustrating scans, I discovered the roller's cushion was shifted about 5mm and the length of the pads are different. Unfortunately, my Amazon return window is closed so I cannot get a replacement. These assembly should last about 5000 scans. Is there any warranty for this defective product ?? Update on 12/21/2023. I found PFU (manufacturer of ScanSnap) still sells these 2 parts. While I was waiting for the new parts arrive, I tried to scan a piece of document. An scan error occurred because one of the pads dislodged from the pad assembly. The photo showed the genuine pads (Left) arrived today and the dead cheapy pads. I will order one more set from PFU directly.

Welp, I replaced the scanner with both the Roller + Separation Pad, was easier than anticipated, both were easy to replace and once that happened, wow, this scanner sorta kinda just came back to life. I didn't expect that to happen to be honest. So I'm pretty stoked. This was a very expensive scanner back in the day and now OCR is quite common. Fujitsu actually updated their driver and now it works flawlessly on windows 10/11. Thank you so much for selling this assembly to renew my gear.

I'd thought I was just going to need to trash my 2006 vintage Fujitsu ScanSnap S500 scanner when part of the feed assembly disintegrated. On a whim, I decided to try to find replacement parts and found these on Amazon. I ordered the parts and 36 hours later I'm back in business. The instructions included were plenty complete to install and the replacement parts fit just as planned. I'm happy.

I had the worst time scanning even a single page until I installed the replacement roller set. I thought I needed a new scanner. It was easy to remove the old rubber wheel and papers holder thing then click the new ones into the scanner. It would’ve been five hundred bucks to replace my Fujitsu s510. Fit perfectly. Great quality.

Scanner was having problems feeding paper. The original roller and separator (10+yrs) had finally given out. These parts went in without a hitch and revived the scanner. It works like new again. Cost of replacing the scanner would have been around 450 so it was a great investment. Thanks

Was having trouble with double pages being pulled through every now and then with the old parts, yet with these it is doing it much more, making things worse, and leaving black marks from the roller on some of the pages. These are clearly not OEM parts and clearly do not work properly making them useless.
