The lid has a wooden frame. Much sturdier than the cheap ones. **Q: Is this product brown double or brown large?** A: It has 2 sections inside, but I think it’s a large. Really happy with it we use it as a toy box and getting the grandkids to sit on it to put their shoes on. **Q: Is this dark brown or reddish rown ?** A: I have the small square box, I am very happy as its strong and sturdy. It is a nice dark brown. **Q: is it suitable to sit on it?** A: Hello Shumaila, Thank you for your message and answer is “yes” (potentially dependent on a person’s weight). I would say that as long as the ottoman is unfolded correctly with the panel in the middle, it is fairly sturdy. With that being said, I am about 80kg in weight myself and have no problem at all sitting on it comfortably. However, I have not had anyone above that weight sit on it so I’m unfortunately not able to comment further. Delivered on time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A very effective way to store a duvet for a sofa bed in the lounge *by C***S on 23 March 2022* Although we live in a three bedroomed house we only have one room in use as an actual bedroom. I work from home and my wife has an art studio set up, so only one room has a physical bed in it. Our sofas downstairs convert into full recliners so we use those if we need an extra bed (such as when I've got a migraine and my wife wants to give me some space). We have a spare double duvet which we used to stuff behind the sofa, which wasn't ideal, but this Nyxi storage box has been ideal to hide the duvet away and keep it clean. The box arrives flat packed, and assembles in a few moments. There are no tools needed, it just pops out into its finished shape, with a seperate lid. The lid is a little difficult to put into place at times. It means it's got a relatively tight fit so doesn't fall off or get easily knocked off, but it does mean it can take a couple of attempts to secure into place. The double duvet sized box is exactly that. Just big enough to hold a double duvet. It's not quite big enough for a pillow as well though, let alone two. The material is acceptable. It's clearly fake leather, and no one would believe it was real, but it's perfectly fine. For the money though, I think it's great.
