The products are made well and will last a lifetime if taken care of properly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Poor packaging and broken *by M***A on April 9, 2024* Poor packaging, I received my order and It was packed in a big box. To big for the product and it was not properly packaged, during handling the hose and reel moved around and not being protected at all. When i opened the box i immediately inspected as i knew something could have broken during delivering and handling. And to my surprise, yes it had been damaged and broken. The handle to reel in the hose was cracked. Luckily it was not to bad. But still it will brake and wont function later on. If they would have packaged it been and appropriate box size, it would have prevented damae. Inspect product carefully. Everything else was fine, and i tested it.
