Best product for sleep
I have been taking sleep aid for over six years, and not a big fan of anything else. The formula of GABA and Melatonin is perfect. It’s not healthy to take anything more than 10 mg of Melatonin so recommended this sleep aid. The addition of Valerian Root and electrolytes help as well. I recommend taking two tablets to get your sleep habits back on schedule then take one to build the routine. If you take it a lot and notice it’s hard to sleep without them it’s likely related to a high melatonin tolerance. It’s great product and will continue to take it along with some Magnesium Glycinate.

Sleep, finally!
Truly amazing sleep aid. I stay asleep but don’t feel groggy in the morning, finally! A gnc rep told me about this and everything he said was true! I have sleep disturbed by neck pain so I’ve been sleep deprived for 2 yrs. I have little kids so I can’t take anything too powerful. This is just right. I hear them when they call and I can move to go help them. The prescription stuff made my limbs go to sleep and they didn’t get up for the Mingus calls. This works amazing and safe !!!

Works for me
Have to take 4 caplets instead of the instructed 2 in order for it to work for me. Been on it for 2 months now. Tried other products prior to this and happy with it so far!

Works as advertised with no hangover
I liked that 2 tablets kept me asleep and only woke up once a night. Before Trisleep usually 3 times a night. Also no hangover from the medicine the next day.

Finally
I have a really hard time sleeping and of all the products I have tried this absolutely works the best. It takes about an hour for me but I do get sleepy and when I go to bed I’m able to fall asleep and stay asleep. Give it a shot.

Just doesn't work for me
My doctor recommended this because it has a quick and slow release throughout the night, but it just doesn't work for me. The smell is not pleasant. I try not to touch it. I drop it on the cap and chug it down. I'll finish the bottle but won't repurchase.
