This Arnica tea does not the overwhelming strong taste that some reviewers said it did, know it could be because I use a little hazelnut milk in my teas but nonetheless it was good.

I ordered this tea thinking it would be the same arnica I am used to taking, but it is not. I should have made sure before ordering. Still, one cup of this ran my blood pressure up to three digits on top and bottom. I'm used to arnica Montana, and that's not the one that this tea is made from. I'm sure it's fine for someone used to this type but do watch your blood pressure, etc. I won't drink it again, so now I need to find external uses for the tea.

Love this tea. I purchase this to help with swelling after surgery. I can't say if it helped, because I used it in combination with a lot of other things. But it pleasant tasting and soothe me on painful days. The price is a little high, I could probably find cheaper in a health food store. It arrived promptly and securely with no issues. It was packaged well, so well it came in a sturdy box. I like this product. I recommend it.
