Replacement Earpads Dura-Stitched Ear Cushion Compatible with David Clark DC Pro Series Including Pro-X2 and Pro-2 Aviation Headsets

I've been using my DC Pro X since 2017 and the leatherette fabric started feeling off around early 2021 so I had to painstakingly peel each earpad by hand in order to continue using my headset and avoid all the black flakes around my ears face neck and clothes. The problem with this, is that the foam and fabric does not block any sound, so I was able to hear so much noise that did not happen before I removed all the faux leatherette off my earpads. After doing some research, I came across this aftermarket DC Pro X earpad replacement, so I decided to give it a try. I'm very glad I did because it fits great on my headset and although it's a bit stiffer than the OEM earpads, it blocks all the sound that comes from the flight deck. It's good being able to lower the volumes all around as result. I'm sure there will be a break in period for softening the earpads. I highly recommend this particular product to any aviator out there using a DC Pro X headset.

Really nice quality and a good affordable replacement cushion for the DC headset. They fit onto the headset super tight which is something I was worried about. I didn’t want to have to refix them onto the headset repeatedly!

I’m not quite sure why these are 5 stars? Compared to the OEM DC ear pads these are significantly stiffer and less comfortable. On top of that you’re not even saving that much money. I waited 6 months to write this hoping they’d break in, but that never happened. I give 3 stars because yes they work but if you wear these for a living, just don’t..

Good product. Not as soft as the originals, and seal/noise cancelling suffers a little because of that, but overall comfortable and a good fit.

These are very good replacements for the David Clark headset.

Should have just bought original DC cushions. These are stiff and uncomfortable over time. Also I feel they don’t seal as good thus noise canceling isn’t as good.

Absolutely perfect, fits like the original one. The price is 3 times cheaper than the original.

I replaced my DC Pro headphone covers with this product. It was tested on my last 2 flights and the results were outstanding! You definitely get your money’s worth out of this product!

The round flap that mounts to the headset is thicker than the original, makes it harder to get on, BUT it also doesn’t come off as easily as the original. I’m very pleased with the replacements. Great bargin!
