I do not know, as far as I know the butt plate I received fit the Glock 43 perfectly. I would think that there is very little difference between a 43 & 43x butt plate

Q: Will this fit onto a glock 43x MOS?

Assuming it uses a standard slimline glock back plate, yes. It fit my normal glock 43x just fine

Q: Do you have one with the glock logo?

We do not as it would infringe on copyright regulations if we did.
